Description of Work: I accepted the 2 hours of tree service for $99 on Angies List (AL) and Bruno Ferazza returned my call with 48 hours. When he found out where I lived, he stated he didn't go that distance and that Angies List should have restricted his area to where he normally works. It wasn't cost effective for him to come to my area. He agreed that since AL had posted it he would honor the ad. When he arrived his attitude was that he needed more work to make the trip worth the cost. I asked him to clear a few tree branches that were touching my house, and chip two small piles of brush. That wasn't enough work, so I asked him him to do a few more things, like trim/remove some more trees. The bill went from $99.00 for two hours to $2000 for the job. Probably very professional, but having to come the distance was reflected in the price. Not what I needed. My landscape company bid what I wanted for $150. I did appreciate his honesty on not wanting to travel the distance!

Description of Work: I had 3 large trees pruned and 3 smaller trees pruned as well. David came to the house the day I called him for an estimate. On the day the work was scheduled, David and his crew wer on time and worked straight for 2.5 hours to get every thing done to my liking. While they were pruning the trees, they would often take a step back and look at the tree like a work of art. They took their time and the clean-up was meticulous. They even trimmed trees overhangng my fenceline for next to no additional charge. I will definitely this service again. The entire team was very professional and polite. Hard o find good workers like this any where!!

I accepted the tree service special by Bruno Ferazza Tree Service. They removed a medium size tree from my front by cutting it down and grinding the stump. They did a very neat job and cleaned up the area well. Thrir service was excellent.

Description of Work: Pruned and reshaped large Birch tree. Came early, did a very professional job, and cleaned up everything. Very personable and easy to deal with, highly recommended.
