Description of Work: I had a tree in the front yard that was removed last year. Ferazza tree service removed the stump. Also removed was another tree and stump in my front yard. The service was excellent. The guys were friendly and very knowledgeable. The yard work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up (branches removed, sidewalks cleaned, etc) before they left. I highly recommend their tree service and would use this service in the future.

Description of Work: They took down a large Oak tree in my front yard. Nothing hit anything, and they were careful of my plants. The tree stump was ground up for an extra payment, but it was worth it.

Description of Work: trim off a very large branch of oak tree and shape a tree in the back yard. I think they are not the cheapest. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and are very professional. 3 guys took care of the trees in less than 2 hours and cleaned up everything.

Description of Work: They trimmed and pruned large oak trees. They cut up a fallen oak tree for fire wood and removed an old wood pile.

Description of Work: They removed three fruitless pear trees and the roots. Also five acacia trees. They left the roots of these in the ground because I wanted them to because they were on a hill side. I'm very pleased with what they did for my yard. It looks so much better now. I've already recommend them to some of my neighbors. They also cleaned up everything. Great job. Thanks to David and his crew.

Description of Work: Great service, trimmed a large Apple tree and Elm tree. Had 4 staff members, 2 trimming and 2 taking cuttings to shredder. They were fast and courteous, left the yard spotless.

Description of Work: Removed a 25 foot ornamental pear tree from back yard, and cleaned up all wood pieces/shavings, etc. We got a quick appointment when we called them initially, and they actually were in the area a few days earlier and called to see if convenient for them to remove the tree that day. This was convenient for us, and everything went very smoothly. We plan to use them again.

Description of Work: They trimmed up two very large palm trees. They did an excellent job. They even took away a pile of palm leaves I had on the side yard. They also did a very good job cleaning out my pool afterwards. If you need your palm trees trimmed they are the company to go to. Thank you for doing an excellent job.

Description of Work: After finally meeting I requested to have a tree stump removed and to trim tree limbs away from the street sign. The limbs were not trimmed from the street sign and when the stump was removed, the tree next to the stub is dying, from the bottom to 3/4 of the tree the limbs or branches are dead or dying, the tree is 25 feet or higher. I called them 2 or 3 times about my dying tree and he ask "Are you saying I killed your tree,did you water the tree, I could see the roots from the tree stump and I did not kill your tree". I called him 2 times to come and look at the tree and he has not responded. The tree was fine until he removed the tree stump and I believe that when he removed the tree stump he removed roots from the large tree that was next to the stump and caused the tree to go into shock. And if he could see under ground as he said he would have been able to see the roots from the tree when he was grinding up the tree stump. And another thing he did not leave a receipt or a confirmation of his services provided. |I want an immediate solution from this company regarding my tree or I want to be refunded due to the damages to my tree. |If this tree falls and damages my home or my neighbors home, I really hate to have to sue and involve your company because of BRUNO FERAZZA TREE SERVICE poor business ethics. |He needs to be removed immediately from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Topped and cut back bushs along back fence, sides of Toyan, trimmed Ceanothus,pruned 6 fruit trees, a Palm tree and 2 Rose trees. They did a great job and worked right thru the rain to finish the job. They were on time, friendly, went right to work and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with everything and will certainly call on them again. Highly recommend them.
