Description of Work: I was looking to get a couple of trees removed from my backyard. I called BRUNO FERAZZA TREE SERVICE to get a quote. David Ferazza called me back within an hour and said he could come by the next day to look at the job. He showed up right on time and quoted a price that I thought was more than reasonable. At the time, he said it would be about 2 weeks before he could get his crew there but then he called a week later and said the crew could be there the next day. They arrived right on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned everything up to the point where you couldn't tell that they had been there. |I would definitely use BRUNO FERAZZA TREE SERVICE for any future needs.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Ferazza for $400 credit toward tree work for $199. Ferazza then provided a base quote of $2,500 to remove a large pine tree and haul away the wood (stump grinding not included). Quotes from 3 other tree services (all on Angie's List) ranged from $1,850 - $1,975 for the exact same work. Even after spending $199 on the Big Deal with Ferazza it was still less costly to go with another provider (2 of these others services also provided further Angie's discounts off of the quotes listed above).

Description of Work: I needed some tree service in my backyard plus 2 stumps grid down. I purchased their $400 service for $200. They quoted me $400 to take care of my two stumps only. I had another quote from a different service to have the two stumps removed/grid down for $200 as well. But, I purchased BRUNO's service online before getting the quote from them in the first place, so I had to use their service. Basically I paid what the service was worth but but lost $200 in additional service from them. |

Description of Work: They thinned out the branches of a very large redwood tree and raised the bottom. All in all, it went fine. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well and fell asleep while they were working on the tree, so the bottom was raised about two feet higher than I had wanted, and more branches were removed than I expected. However, that was my fault for not being there to see what was happening.

Description of Work: Took 6 weeks to receive service after estimate,said one day took two days(2trees),chipper shredder broke down leaked diesel, second day after job finished and crew left another crew and truck show up to finish job. Crew did great work,cleaned up well bit unorganized on business end of things

Description of Work: Trimmed a weeping willow. Owner never bothered to show up when or after work done. Workers were going to leave without putting lawn furniture back in place until I stopped them- and they reluctantly came back and did it. The next day I discovered that they hadn't trimmed the backside of the tree, which I could not see from the front.

Description of Work: This was one of the big deals and I got a call back very quickly to set up an estimate appointment. The work to be done "fit" the big deal and was a very fair price. They removed a tree and ground out the stump, putting the wood chips back in the hole. It is hard to tell that a tree was even there. They worked quickly and cleaned up any debris.
