I should have been more - +**************************** I should have been more specific about what I needed done. They provided service last year and the workers remembered trimming my tree before. unfortunately the tree limbs that were up against the house and over the roof didn't get cut back. They did a good job of cleaning up after they were done. They even took an old tree limb that I had lying in the yard.

My 3 fantastic workers showed up on time. They got right into the job, even cutting a few branches off a nearby tree that needed to be trimmed back so the branches wouldn't hit cars in the driveway. Not only did they do a great job on my trees, they blew the remaining leaves off my roof and blew the leaves out of my front yard. Needless to say, I totally appreciated the help for fewer leaves to rake and bundle. Great Job Guys!

It went well. There was a full crew of approx. 6 guys or so. Everyone was pretty good at communicating among themselves as well as me. They were careful about asking me first about going into neighbor's yards to retrieve fallen branches. Clean up was fine in back yard. A bit rushed in front at end of day. One of the guys stepped on and broke a sprinkler head which was in their main path. And there were a lot of rocks strewn about from under the sequoias as well, but those were things I could have prepared for ahead of time and didn't. (Like covering the sprinkler head or laying tarps or something over the rocks). All in all I was pleased with the job. And David actually took off $50.00 more than the '$200 for $400' Angie's list coupon called for. Also, I wanted a Certified Arborist (David) to ask how best to go about doing a few things.

They did an excellent job. David came out in the spring and told me that I should wait until the fall. As we had had some work done over the summer he came out again to make sure the quote which he had given us was still good. The three young men who performed the work did a great job and cleaned everything up. I was very apprehensive as I love my oak tree and it gives us lots of shade. My husband and I are very happy with the work performed.

A highly proficient, well co-ordinated five-man crew transformed what initially appeared as a scraggly mass of leaves atop a couple tree trunks into a picturesque setting where a beautiful high arch of light now separates two two picture-perfect oak tree canopies. The business owner is an arborist and two of the crew members are aspiring arborists. I believe that expertise is apparent in the work they all did.to to complete a well-done professional job.

The work crew that came to my house was polite and professional. They went over the details of the project with me to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted, and checked back with me periodically to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They worked very quickly and efficiently, and left my yard clean and free of debris. Overall outstanding service in every way and would use them again without hesitation!

I couldn't ask for anything more. David came to my home and gave me an estimate a couple of weeks prior to the start of the job. I had used Bruno Ferazza Tree Service last year to cut down a fruitless plum and to trim the mulberry tree which was in very poor shape due to the long drought. This year the mulberry tree branched out beautifully. the birch trees didn't come back after the drought and had to be removed. The crew were professionals and went right to work. Great job cleaning up. All I can say is if you want a professional job done call David. He gave me a fair price and I will use him again.

The crew arrived on time and worked HARD. They showed concern for my neighbors as some of my trees overhung the fence. They asked me many questions to assure that I was getting exactly what I wanted.

I have used this service before and am extremely happy with the results. The team was very professional and very responsive to my needs. They did an excellent job and left the work site in better condition than how they found it. They were fast and efficient workers. Lastly, they were handsome and funny.

Julio, John, and John showed up as scheduled and on time. I walked them through what I needed done and they went right to work. Julio climbed and John and John were his ground support. He did a terrific job on the tree in the front yard and then went to work on the jungle that was my neighbors overgrown trees planted too close to the fence. Needless to say, he worked his butt off and earned his pay. John and John were constantly helping him and moving tree limbs out to the front to throw into the chopper. They showed up around 8:45 and were done by 3:00 plus driving time and dump time. So, the money I paid for the job was appropriate. Julio even pruned my lemon tree as it has a lot of lemons on it and some branches were just way too heavy. I highly recommend using this tree service. I gave them my daughter-in-laws address and # because she and her husband need to have a tree removed. A+ team all round.

The owner and workers were easy to communicate with and did a great job. They made sure they were trimming as I wished as they went along and cleaned up well. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
