David has a great crew! First, they showed up on time! Second, they protected what we were most concerned about on our property while they were performing service. Third, we didn't hear any yelling or cuss words. That was refreshing. Fourth, no one was in a rush to complete the job. As a result, no one was injured, no property damaged and everything that needed to be accomplished was done with care and precision. Absolutely will use Bruno Ferazza Tree Service in the future. As an Angie’s list member, I used the function which allows you to send one email to several bidders all at once. Bruno tree service was the most timely of all in every way. The crew was on time and left the work area spotless. I plan on using them for several more trees in the future.

I am very pleased with how this work was done. David F. came out quickly to offer a bid on the project. Despite scheduling challenges, he found a way to make this job schedule quickly and smoothly. Neti and Carlos came out and did an incredible job. The entire work was done quickly and safely. The entire property was left clean and spotless, and looks great!

I purchased the 1 day service where a 3 person crew works for 7 hours. I was outside with them most of the day and saw a lot of what they did. They arrived and were ready to go at the scheduled start time. They did a great job taking care of the work I had for them. Since I had a bit more work than the service I purchased I agreed to do some of the cleanup so they could finish the tree cutting and pruning. The tree cutter showed that he is very experienced when he had to cut down a large dead birch tree that was rotted about ten feet up and just about surrounded by large bushes, other trees and a fence. Since it was rotted it could not be cut down in chunks starting at the top. It was leaning the wrong way, but he was able to cut it down the opposite way along a three foot wide path. I did observe some unprofessionalism with the team lead who needs to improve his team building skills.

The crew did a great job. They were prompt, courteous and worked really hard. Cleanup was great. I will definitely hire them again.

Went very well, I was told what the tree needed and they took care of it. Hopefully they will e able to come back and prune my trees in the front yard. Thank for your professionalism and job well done.

Very good, they had to stop because of an electrical storm, but were very quick to find another time to complete the job. Cleanup afterwards was good. 4th time we have used them.

The stump was ground mechanically and the area cleaned very satisfactorily after the work was completed.

One of the trees were obviously dead - and David suggested we give the other one the benefit of the doubt, which we did. I'm so grateful, because the other tree came back!!! We just had the dead tree removed. David's crew is excellent - they came on time, were very pleasant to work with, they were efficient and they cleaned up afterwards. They're a great crew!!!

Contracted to remove a large appx 20 ft oak from side of property partially over roof. The crew arrived promptly and executed removal in short time. Allowing ample time to prune a maple tree in backyard. Opted to keep the wood to use in fireplace and outdoor pit. The wood was stacked and the area cleaned up. They also shredded some prunings from shrubs I had left on side of house without asking. Overall an awesome job well done and will definitely hire again.

Work was completed on 3/5/18. Very happy!

We scheduled two weeks out but rain caused safety issues for their tree climber. However, the reschedule was for the first clear morning two days later -- very quick. The 3-man crew showed up on time, one climbed, cut and rappelled through the treetops expertly, while the two others assisted and carried away branches. Limbs were lowered by rope without damaging the nearby trees, plants or structures. The crew was finished much sooner than I had expected. The cost was much lower than the two other bids I received from other tree services listed here.

Received two quotes and Bruno was the reasonable one. Very responsive to my calls and texts - showed up on time for the quote and for the service. Did an excellent job thinning and trimming my backyard maple tree. Person who did the trimming was knowledgeable and more than willing to explain to me what he was going to do and why. I really appreciated that. Clean up was excellent - even removed leaves & branches that landed in the pool. The front tree came down quickly & without incident. Was very impressed with how they removed all the thick roots around the yard as promised. That part took up a good deal of the time. Once again cleanup was great and the guys that showed up were friendly and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat and plan to in the future.

I have a Chinese Elm in my front yard that every 2-3 years SMUD has to come by and trim because of the power lines. Some times their pruning left the tree with the odd cut out. This is the first time I have had Bruno Ferazza Tree Service and they were fantastic! The "J" crew John, John, and Julio arrived on time. They were personable and polite, asked what I wanted for my tree. They also offered recommendations that would provide a better result. Periodically they would have me come outside and show me their progress. They left my front garden cleaner than the way they found it. The crew even removed a couple of dead branches off my grapefruit tree in my back garden. I will use Bruno Ferazza Tree Service again and I strongly recommend them to family and friends. I wish I had taken some before photos to better show their work.
