They arrived early, which was great, they were professional and they cleaned up when finished. They even skimmed the leaves out of the pool!

The crew of 4 led by Elliott arrived around 8:00am although the appointment was for 8:30am but that was a good thing. They spent the time to understand what I was looking for in regards to trimming the overgrown trees that I had. I have a lot of Bay trees that were growing together and it looked like a jungle to me. I told Elliott the approximate height that I wanted the trees cut down to but left it up to him and his crew on how to thin out those trees. That was the biggest part of the job and they did a great job.The other members, Billy, Osmond and Daryl all worked well together and seem to enjoy each others comradery. In the end, the work performed was better than I thought it would be and now I feel that I can try to keep the growth of these trees in check.

David Ferazza, came out and gave me a estimate of work to be done. He also, honored an add for Angie's List? David was wonderful to deal with, along with his workers. They came on time, and my experience was wonderful. The work was done expediously, everything was left clean. Work was done with a smile, respect and kindness.

David Ferazza schedule the work to be done on Friday, April 24, 2015. All of the above was done efficiently and done according to the terms we agreed on. David's crew did a walk over with me first to make sure we were on the same page as to what was agreed to be done. When they were finished they had me inspect their work and if I had anything else they would like them to do. Clean up was excellent.

Dave responded promptly to our call. When he came out to do his estimate he was very responsive to our safety concerns considering the close proximity of the trees to the house. His price was very reasonable so we scheduled a date. He and his crew arrived on that date and at the time he had promised. While his crew got their gear prepared, Dave took us on a walk-around to review what his plans were and how his crew was going to remove those 5 large trees hanging over our house. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and safely. In two days the trees were gone and the site cleaned up very nicely. A very pleasant experience.

Arrived on time with a 4 man crew. They pruned/thinned out branches to a large tree and they were very protective of the other plants and trees. They also did a very good job cleaning up after they were finished with the job.

I wasn't there. I am in Hawaii. We talked by phone a lot. He is very prompt and knowledgeable, messages and everything else. I had some friends that kind of looked on him and they said he did a wonderful job. It was $2200 before the coupon.

These guys were great. They were very responsive, on time, completed the job as promised even in the rain and had a sense of humor and all for a fair price. I was quoted $775. For the job and then they had a $200. Off coupon offer at the time which brought my cost down to $575. What really impressed me was the clean up. All the shavings from the grinding of the stump and roots were racked into a pile making it very easy for me. Also, no plants were damages in the process. Thanks guys.

On the day of the appointment the team leader called to confirm an estimated time of arrival. The personnel were extremely polite and very well mannered. They handled my personal artifacts with care, picked-up every twig, swept the patio and street; where the branches were ground. Having used two major companies in the Sacramento area in the past, (for tree removal and pruning/spraying) since contracting with the Ferazza Tree Service I have found Ihis company to be extremly professional and I've always been pleased with the finished results (I also liked that they placed safety cones around the grinder).. On the day of service he arrived on time (early), walked us thru everything that was going to done, and got to work. Very happy with him and his crew. I had two overgrown "privets" in my backyard. Actually, they were the size of regular trees and were messy and were constantly shooting up unsightly sprouts. The crew from Bruno Ferazza came and topped the two trees. In order to save money on the cost of a stump grinder provided by Ferraza, our agreement was that they would cut the trees down and leave six foot stumps so we could pull the stumps out ourselves. The crew did a good job, they were very professional, careful to keep the limbs from falling into the neighbor's yard, and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves before they left

They were awesome! Even though it was raining, they were so good and so nice. What a professional group. They were right on time, took out the tree then they ground down the stump and surface roots that I used to trip over. When they were done, they hauled away the wood and cleaned up the yard so nicely. Except for the missing tree, you would never have known they were there. They even picked up debris in the driveway and cleaned up the sawdust etc in the street.

I had previously used them before and was very pleased so I decided to use them again. They cut down 2 tall,thin trees, trimmed some branches from another tree and removed a small bush . They were very professional and cleaned everything up very well. I will be using them in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased. Dave returned my call right away. Came out the next day. Advised me that the tree was healthy, give me some tips on how to preserve its health...tips I could do on my own...and then gave me a quote to have the tree thinned out. I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity. While other arborists on Angie's List said they provided free estimates, they did not. All of them wanted to charge me to come out and look at the tree. He is the first person I will call with arborist needs. At a later date, I will call him to come and thin out the Oak tree. The $500 quote was for thinning out the tree.

The provider states that I am outside his service area. I have now requested a refund from Angie's list.

The crew was great - they went above and beyond by being willing to face the neighbors dogs in order to get our tree down. They were able to take out a panel of my fence, cut the tree down and put the panel back up. They did a great job cleaning up and there were a ton of branches to haul out, which they did. Each member of the crew did their part well. Josh was kind enough to explain answers to the questions I had about pruning and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He repaired the hack jobs we had done previously! The trees looked great after he cleaned them up. I can't remember the other crew member's names, but they were very personable and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They did everything they said they were going to do and more!
