Bruno Ferazza Tree Service LLC

This was a large project. The landscaping on our property was very overgrown, several trees were dead and two of the large trees were very close to the house. I contacted Bruno Ferazza because of their excellent rating on Angie's list. Two weeks later they started the work. A team of 7 people with 2 chipping tracks arrived on time. The work took 3 days, most of it was in our backyard downhill from the road. All the branches, tree trunk sections and bushes had to be manually carried uphill to the chipping truck. This was a hard labor. After each day of work the crew cleaned up the debris around house and on the driveway. At the end of project they did a full and thorough clean up. Since it was not possible to bring a stump grinding equipment down into the backyard, the chainsaw operators took care cutting the stumps as close as possible to the ground so they can be landscaped over without their removal. We are very satisfied with the quality, professionalism and responsiveness of the Bruno Ferazza Tree Service.

They did a good job. They ended up doing some extra. They were excellent. 4 or 5 workers came out. They were here for just one day. They were fine. They were very professional.

It went very well from the beginning to the end. The crew was very professional and apprised me of what the process was going to be to clean out all the dead limbs in the trees. Periodically they would have me review their work so that I could ask question or change my mind. They cleaned up as they went and left my backyard spotless.

The guys showed up on time and everything was cleaned up when I got home from work! I plan on bringing them back as soon as I have the money avail to do more work.

Outstanding. We had a huge stump that needed grinding so we could lay cement. He arrived timely got everything done and cleaned up like it was his own back yard. Highly recommend if you need any tree service. Excellent follow up to ensure we were happy with the job. Quality people to work with. We will be calling on them again for more tree work.

The men working were awesome, super nice and cleaned up well. I bought the "deal" $299 online. Would NOT do that again. The owner came out to do appraisal, not very friendly guy but listened to what I wanted done. He kept getting mixed up and thought I bought the $199 deal then wrote the proposal for $400 both of which were wrong. I would suggest not buying a "deal" and just having them come and do an estimate. They worked in back a total of an hour and a half. I was happy with the work they did overall.

Estimate was much more than I can afford to have trees taken down. As I paid $199 for $400 worth of his services, and I did not use his company, I want my money back..

They came on time and worked fast in our backyard. They were very professional.

Mr. Ferazza and his crew removed a large overgrown evergreen shrub. It had to been at least 10 feet tall. When I called Mr. Ferazza, he was very polite and courteous. He listened to all of my questions and concerns. Initially when he came out, he looked at the tree in question. He said that he would call with me to let me know when he could schedule the tree cutting. Within a couple of days, Mr. Ferazza called me, and said that he could schedule the tree cutting the next day. This was very quick service. Mr. Ferazza and his crew cut down the evergreen, did the cleanup, and put every thing back in order. I am guessing that it was under 30 minutes. I would recommend Mr. Ferazza's tree service and will definitely contact him again when I need to have another tree removed. I used his service a couple of years ago. The quality of his service is excellent and it continues to be. I am very thankful that I have been able to use his service.

To begin with, I started this tree trim search about 6 months ago. I used Angies list to find a provider who had great reviews. After contacting 3 other providers who turned out to be quite flakey..no calls back, a promise to start the job and never showed up, showed up to give estimate but never said he was coming ( I was not home.)and then the just non responsive office staff who did not know when they would have time. I needed a break from trying to get the deed done! I put the whole project on hold!! I contacted Bruno Ferrazo's Tree Service and the same morning had a call back with a date to meet and do estimate. I met with David . I found him to be knowledgable, prompt,respectful, and listened to what I wanted and matched it to what he, as a tree specialist thought should be done. We clicked. His crew were spectacular. They were fun to watch as they all seemed to interact so well.They knew what they were doing. I was in awe of their professionalism and cohesiveness. All groups of working professionals could learn a thing or two from these lovely guys! They were respectful of my property and the adjoining neighboring property. Even my neighbors were impressed. We laughed every time a log was thrown over a fence it was preceded by a loud shout "HEADACHE" now my grandson who watched all this has a new word..HEADACHE"I hope it's obvious that we loved these guys and there service they provided to me and my trees. Thank you to this great team.

It went perfectly. My initial inquiry call was returned within 24 hours and an appointment was made for an estimate. The appointment was completed as schedule on the agreed upon date and time. The estimate meeting was thorough and resulted in a written estimate. My follow-up call to move forward with the work was returned promptly, as well. On the day scheduled for the work, the team arrived on time and the whole team did a walkthrough of the work planned before starting. The workers were professional and efficient. The work was performed as desired and safely. The work site area was cleaned-up, including blowing of sidewalks, patio and grass areas so that no additional cleaning was required by us. The Owner, David Ferazza, completed the job. Before leaving, he confirmed that we were satisfied with the work and that it met our expectations. The cost of the work was exactly as estimated.

They showed up at the appointed time, did the trimming of the hedge and tree. They cleaned up and left.

The provider showed up on time, and completed the stump grinding as agreed. Very professional and friendly, and we would highly recommend.

Contacted me right away and came out and gave me a free estimate. The service was scheduled and completed. All along the way this company did what they said they would do, kept me informed and called when they said they would. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up and hauled everything away. The customer service was excellent in every aspect. I was pleased with the professionalism at every step of the process. I am very pleased with the results of their work. I have no complaints. From start to finish a top notch professional job. On time, on budget and superior quality.

They arrived early to do the work which was fine with me, and were very attentive to my concerns about our mature trees. The did a wonderful jobs and our trees look great now. The crew was professional and well mannered. They cleaned up and removed all debris from our yard. I will hire them again in the future!

David was very courteous and professional. He made an initial appointment and provided the cost of the tree removal. The day before the appointment, he called to confirm our appointment and on the day of the appointment, he gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was 30 minutes from arrival. He and his crew were on time. Upon arrival, I asked David how much would cutting down another tree cost? He indicated another two hundred dollars. Total cost was $600.00 for cutting down 3 trees and grinding the stump of one tree down to ground level. I am extremely satisfied with the service David and his crew provided me and highly recommend them to others.
