Bruno Ferazza Tree Service LLC

Bruno Ferazza tree service and crew were on time, professional and reasonably priced. David, Bruno's son and crew lead was responsive to our concerns, completed the job as contracted and their overall rating is "top notch" . Additionally they are licensed contractors and David is an arborist. I would highly recommended Bruno Ferazza as a tree service because the quality of their work is exceptional.

It was all going great until one of the trimmers was using our dilapidated fence to stand on--we are trying to keep the fence going as long as possible, so I had to ask them to use a ladder. Then they only went as high as a pole saw could reach, on the fence-line trim-back we asked for. The neighbor's trees are still hanging over the fence line. They used a hedge trimmer on our lime tree, destroying the ends of the branches and left about half of the smaller branches in the tree which we discovered when they turned brown. The ends are split and I am sure the tree is going to perish. The owner was very quick to come by and survey the damage on the lime tree and was going to use this tree as a "learning" experience for his crew--whoa I thought they were already trained??? He said they would call and come back within a week to trim the ends and remove the debris. It's been a week tomorrow and no call back. Sad, because we were thinking of using them on our Redwoods which would have been a big job for them. They also said a job in my area needs to be big enough to be worth it, as they are coming from far away. The extra pricing seemed fair as we got the $199/400 deal and spent an extra $350 for the additional work, but the job is incomplete so I guess we are looking for a new tree company.

The crew arrived on time and were very polite and efficient. Their work was excellent, and they did a good job cleaning up. I was pleased with the cost and will definitely hire them again.

This company was awesome! They were very professional with providing the free on-site quote and scheduling the appointment. The whole process was very straight forward and their prices are very reasonable, especially when using the Angie's List Deal. On the day of the service, they called and updated me on their arrival time a few hours in advance. They even trimmed a few smaller branches for me at no extra charge. I am definitely recommending this company to all my friends and family!

David came out (twice) to consult with us. Originally, we had intended to have both trees removed and the stumps ground; however, on his 2nd visit, David suggested pruning back the nuisance tree to give it shape, but resolve the problem, leaving a lovely tree canopy, much-needed shade, and saving us a couple hundred dollars since we no longer needed the stump ground. David and his crew are hard working and very good at what they do. I have had them out to our home on three separate occasions to perform tree removal or tree pruning jobs. All have gone well and we will use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. David Ferazza is very easy to work with.and the entire crew was very professional and pleasant. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the job done. They cut down, removed and chipped all six trees in about five hours! Because of the design of the house, the only access to the backyard is through the garage, so they had to carry out everything through the garage. They made sure nothing landed in the yard behind ours. The clean up was incredible, too. They were careful to pick up/sweep up all the twigs and leaves. No one would ever guess six chopped-up trees had just gone through the garage. The street was swept clean of all wood chips.

Great crew. Dealt with the steep slope and roof, cut up the trunk into pieces ready to be split for firewood. Cleaned up nicely before leaving.

Trimmed/pruned a large Chinese alder, which probably hadn't been done in years. Their guy rappelled from limb to limb & did a marvelous job...not too much, not too little, but just right. I also had them trim two palm trees at my dad's house. Again, great work.

Three people but little effort

Since tree that was removed was in an area of backyard where stump grinder could not go, they were flexible to grind a stump in the front yard from a previous tree that was removed.

Very professional from estimate to completion. These guys are wonderful.

It went very smoothly. The gentlemen arrived and got to work quickly. They were finished in hardly any time at all. And the yard was left clean and tidy without any "tree debris" in sight.

I found Bruno Ferazza tree service on Angie's List. I called for information & left a voice message with David. I was pleasantly surprised when he returned my call in less than an hour. I explained what we wanted done & he setup an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time & went to work finding out what exactly what we wanted done. We explained we wanted he 2 trees in the front yard removed. We also asked if they could cut some of the wood into firewood size & we wanted a 14? stump cut from one of the trees. He made notes of everything we wanted done, gave us an estimate that was very fair & booked an appointment. David was friendly, knowledgeable & very easy to talk to. On the morning of our appointment Brian & Shane were right on time. They went over the services they were going to provide & went to work. They were very efficient & before long both trees were down. They grinded all of the tree parts, removed bigger pieces that couldn?t be grinded & cleaned up all the debris. When they left we had firewood stacked where we wanted it, a 14? stump & our yard minus the 2 trees looked like they were never there. Brian & Shane were professional, knowledgeable & very good at their job. This was a very pleasant experience, I have & will continue to recommend Bruno Ferazza tree service to friends & family. David Ferazza gave me an estiamte last week, which was highly competitive with other bids I had gotten. His crew showed up promptly when scheduled. wE walked the yard so I could make sure they knew what I wanted done. They checked with me regularly throughout the job to make sure everything was progressing as I expected, and they made several recommendations about not topping the plum trees quite as much as I had originally planned, so as not to cause the trees to go into any shock. Their cleanup of the work site was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend this company. In fact, I gave David's card to one of my co-workers the following day,a nd David has already been out to his house to provide him an estimate. VERY satisfied!!!

He worked mostly with my husband but he did extra jobs for us and the work was well done and reasonably priced. We have used two other tree companies in the last 18 months and now we are staying with Bruno.

It was easy to schedule Bruno Ferazza Tree Service to come and provide quote and do work. They were quite flexible, arrived on time and provided great service. The eucalyptus tree was in a difficult location (no way a lift truck could get anywhere near tree) as well as having vegetation under it that I wanted to preserve. It was all climbing and hand work. They did a great job trimming and also did a great job cleaning up the are when they were finished. I would use them again.

It was a very good job. I just paid the $199. They cleaned up their mess after they were through. It was just perfect. They were very professional. After the job was done, they took me out and showed me exactly what they did and wanted to know if there is anything else that was missed or needed to be done.

Mr. David Ferazza and his employees are very professional and courteous. They arrived right on the dot. There was a good sized crew on site for nearly a full day and they checked with me several times to ensure that their work was meeting my expectations. Additionally, Mr. Ferazza did a thorough walk-through with me upon completion. Not only did they meet all of my expectations with the tree services they provided, they left the property clean and in excellent condition. They even cleaned my pool. Also, where the stumps were ground down, they did such a good job, you cannot detect at all that there were trees there just hours earlier. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They are Angie's List multiple award winners and there is good reason for that. They earn it.

This company was amazing and very patient with us. We had to schedule two separate appointments with them and then had to reschedule at one point and they worked with us in a very respectful manner. When they did the work they showed up right on time and cleaned up wonderfully. My husband had no idea they had come (until he noticed the tree was gone) because they cleaned everything up so nicely. I also had my children outside to watch them take the small tree down and the owner made sure to tell my kids not to play with the big branches, etc so that they wouldn't get hurt. I appreciated this because my kids often listen to others better than if I was to tell them this same thing :) highly recommend!

I used a special deal and got $00 worth of work for $200. The estimate to remove 3 oak trees and trim 2 mrs and chip several piles of large branches was $500 so I ended up paying $300 total. Bruno Ferraza cut and cleaned up on the day they scheduled and all the area looked good after. A+!
