The crew was great. Highly skilled, dedicated and hard working. Cleaned up all the brush and leaves when they were done. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I’ve used this company. The crew was on time and left the work area spotless. I plan on using them for several more trees in the future.

Have used this service for years and recommended them to friends and colleagues. Needed Japanese maple trimmed and let David know I was off today. He immediately replied and let me know he’d try to send a crew today. At first it looked like it wouldn’t work out but then there was a cancellation and he called me to let me know the guys could be there within 30 minutes. John and Casey were at my house as planned and set to work on my tree. They were very considerate as always and asked for my input to make sure that everything was to my liking. The maple that was taking over my entrance has been tamed and looks great! The guys also took a couple of low hanging limbs off my Bradford pear tree at no additional charge. I’ll have them back in the Fall to prune and thin out this huge pear. Bruno Ferazza has pruned this tree since it first needed to be pruned. It’s gorgeous!! I won’t let anyone else touch my trees! David and his crew are the best!

I was impressed by the value proposition for these guys, Was quoted significantly less than a couple of other options. They took down some very large branches that were over my house and cleaned up nicely. Communication was great and they pointed out some other dead branches high up that should probably be dealt with. Would definitely hire again.

They showed up promptly to see the trees and provide an estimate. I thought the price was very reasonable. We arranged a date for the service. They arrived on schedule and the trees look very nice.

With high winds from the winter storms we we’re worried that the tree would be blown over and asked David if we could move the removal of the cedar tree up. Luckily he was able to juggle things and get a crew out to remove it a week before the scheduled date. They we’re great and did a great job for us. The following week was when we had a big storm with 40+ mph winds, if they hadn’t been to move up the date I’m sure it would have been blown over into my neighbors yard.

It went very well. Scheduling problems and weather interfered with the work being done during one visit, but they fulfilled their obligation to return and complete the work. The workers were courteous, competent, and professional. They did a very good job of cleaning up when the trimming was finished. Price was fair, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

This is the fourth time we have had David do work for us and each time we are more than happy when the job is finished. The crew is always on time, very aware of what we want done and keeps us posted as the job is in progress. We would recommend them any time and will always use them when we have any trimming or removal that needs to be done.

David sent a crew of three fellows, whom were very professional and efficiently finished the job, including a great cleanup, in less than 1.5 hrs. I will definitely have this tree service return for any other tree-related work

The pruning crew showed up on time, consulted with us over the trimming of the trees, and then trimmed. They collected all the trimmings and chipped them up. They did a great job, and we would hire again.

It went excellently well. The crew of 6 arrived early and after going through the agreed work they executed the work until all are completed including the clean up. They were very flexible to do my requested change. They are very pleasant crew to work with. I am very pleased of their work and product.

I had heard that this company was the best and were professional arborists so I braced myself for the estimate. Other less trained companies had come and estimated the job around $1000. The representative looked at the trees and told me that my gardener had been doing a good job pruning, and that it would be best to let him continue, and wait another year. He was interested in protecting the health of the trees, not just a quick profit like other companies had been. This is the sign of a true professional. When the trees get overgrown, I will only contact them.

Wind had caused a large limb on the Liquid Amber tree to split over the driveway. Professional three person crew removed branch from tree and insured that an other nearby tree (impacted by fallen limb) was protected from any additional damage. Very nice clean-up.

The guys did a great job trimming the two trees. it was a pretty small job, but the work was done well and they cleaned up after themselves. Nice couple of guys.

They arrived in time, did the job, cleaned everything. They trimmed one tree and removed two trees grinding the stumps. One tree was a weeping willow with roots above ground and those were followed with the grinder and taken out. One tree was a very old Modesto Ash. The workers were very polite.

They were great. The guys worked very hard for two solid days. The job was difficult - tall, tangled trees and tough access - but they never complained. They were respectful of us and our home. Every one of the guys was polite and good- natured. I would happily hire David and his team again.

We had a number of trees that needed to be removed from our property, so I began to get a few estimates from different tree services. I contacted David at Bruno Ferazza tree service and scheduled a time for him to come out and give me an estimate on Friday, July 20. He showed up at the time indicated (actually he called me and asked if he could show up a bit early since he was in the area, and I told him that was fine.) He looked around my property, and I told him all the things that needed to be done. He seemed very professional, and he made notes of everything on his tablet, and told me he would put together an estimate over the weekend and email it to me. When I still hadn’t received anything a week later, I called him on Friday, July 27, and left a message. I NEVER heard back from him, nor did I ever receive any estimate. I ended up hiring another tree service (one that would actually respond). I don’t believe the job was too small (we ended up removing 8 trees and trimming a bunch more), so I’m not really sure why he never responded, but I would’ve appreciated at least a phone call letting me know that he was not interested in the job.

The crew that performed the work showed up on time, was very professional, respectful, and did a great job. They cleaned up afterward and our yard looked better then when they arrived. The trees that were trimmed were very old and required a lot of work, but Bruno Ferazza Tree Service completed the job in one day for a very reasonable price. Thanks for doing a great job!

They were responsive and professional .

I have used Bruno's about 4 times. They are always professional and one time. I have used them clean up and shape overgrown trees on my property. I also had them remove a LARGE peach tree that seen better days. Each time the workers removed all the debris both from the yard and the street. Additionally they were always called the day before to confirm their appointment. I plan to only use this tree service for all my tree needs.
