David's crew pruned a very tall palm tree in the backyard of a duplex. The crew members were very polite and very professional. They immediately started to work on the pruning of the tree. They did ask me a few questions to determine how much to prune on the tree. They did it in such a way that it might not need to be pruned for a couple of years. My neighbor and I decided that it has a Mohawk haircut now. I think that it is probably the only palm tree in the neighborhood with this look. I am very thankful for the service that was provided. I will definitely be using Bruno Ferazza Tree Service again.

400.00 worth of service for 199.00. Stoked that the job stayed within budget. David came out on time to quote job. Even with their busy schedule, was able to schedule yucca tree removal the following week. Crew showed up on time, were respectful of my home and existing landscaping, and did a great job removing tree and all its debris. Would definitely use them again.

They're an "A" on everything. They're great. They were here on short notice because of the tree that caught fire. I had them out a couple of times since. I had extra work done. They came back another day to clean up the one of the roots a little bit more.

I am thrilled!!! From the moment I talked to Dave on the phone and was told that the earliest he could do the job was Jan.7th. He called the morning of Dec.10th and said they would be able to come out that afternoon. We had what turned out to be a short break in the weather it had rained the night before and earlier that morning. The crew Josh,Netti and Curtis were there right on time. Josh and I walked around and talked about what needed to be done. Josh was so informative and professional that I felt completely at ease. He did a great job. .I was a little concerned at what the bushes were going to look like because they had been grossly neglected over the past 5yrs. Those guys started around noon and finished around 5pm getting dark Tried dodging two heavy downpours. they did a remarkable job cleaning up. THANKS GUYS!! And the bushes look Great! We purchased a deal on Angie's List, so the total cost was $550. This is the second time we hired this company for tree services. The employees (Osmond and Justin) who performed the work are very professional and do great work. This time we hired them to top & shape a Bradford Pear Tree and also remove a Chinese Elm. They were very careful and they cleaned up all the debris before they left our property. We would definitely hire them again!

They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them. Would like them to come back and trim fruit trees for my mother under her membership.

Super! The trees were removed and the stumps ground down, large roots removed with a minimum of fuss, mess, and noise. My yard was left clean, my watering system and other landscaping intact. In addition to doing the job so efficiently, I also appreciated Mr. Ferrazza's courtesy in contacting my neighbors to minimize impact on them. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost which was much less than anticipated.

We had an initial meeting with David Ferazza to get a quote. His crew arrived as promised, did all the work completely and cleaned up after themselves. We requested that David meet with us more than once to ensure that our wishes were understood. My wife and I both agree that they did a "TREE"mendous job!

They did work for me in the beginning of November. It turned out good. I like the service. I like what they did. They took care of the issues that I had and did try to do more work. They really did a good job, cleaned up really well. I would recommend them for someone else to use them. I would use them again. It was a very good price.

David Ferazza made more than good on a $200 deal made almost a year ago at a time not peak for pruning as spring was coming on. They called and made an appointment in October to complete the deal. It turned out we could not afford everything we had hoped to get done when it was time to do the job, but they came on the day promised and did a great job, more than we expected for the price. They took great care with our very valuable and loved tree. They were extremely professional, very skilled, very polite, and left our yard clean and beautiful. Met with David Ferazza to discuss my tree problem and asked for a bid. Upon inspecting my trees, David provided me with his estimate and put his bid in writing. I had 5 bids alto-gether, being the careful consumer I am, and because I had a good reference about David from a neighbor, and because of his numerous good reviews on Angie's list, decided to go with David's company. As an aside, David has one review on the site that is less than complimentary and I spoke with David about that one bad review. After speaking with David about that review and having him do such an outstanding job on my property, I'm pretty well convinced that the one bad review is unfair and the reviewer would not cooperate in attempts by David to rectify the issues he had. I could not be happier with the work done, the cleanup afterwards, the professionalism and personable and hard-working staff of the company. I give 10 stars and wish I could utilize the emoji for a smiley face and 10 thumbs up! David will have a prosperous future if he continues to operate his company in the manner he did with me.

The work was excellent; the clean up was immaculate. I was totally satisfied with the result. This is the third time I have used this tree service and I would use them again.

The crew was prompt, professional, and efficient. They took extra care to protect the adjacent buildings (even put protective wrapping around posts where they had to drag cut limbs off the property). They did a super job of leaving everything clean when they were through, and even scheduled their breaks when school children had to go past their work areas. Highly recommend them to anyone needing professional tree service or removal.

Definitely don't do the Angie's list "deal". We first just called them for and estimate and I told them at that time that I learned of them from Angie's list. He said we'll do an estimate and see if there is a fit. They took their time an finally did an estimate which was too high. Including $2500 for a trim of a tree that we trimmed for $400 last year. Agreed maybe there was more to trim but this was excessive - they will say oh it's a big Sycamore - but really I have had two trees that size cut down for less. To trim medium height Monterey Pine was over $1000. We have dealt with many tree services and know that the trim on the pine would be 2-4 hours for a skilled tree service. They did not send the bid right away, they say they did, but I never got it. I then paid for the $2000 for 3 workers for a day. This is a rip off as he says that is 3 workers for 7 hours in a day. I did not know that the work day was now 7 hours, I thought is was 8 hours. It is apparent that they have enough work and will only make estimates at this time if they can rip you off - they seem as if they don't need any jobs and it is an imposition for them to make a bid and talk or communicate with you. If you do a deal on Angie's list they will use it as a bait and switch. Make an estimate for grossly more and if you don't take it scope it down to whatever they think $2000 is in their world - but definitely not 3 good workers for a day.

Contractor had a large professional crew and good equipment to get the job done. Contractor willing to listen and checked for satisfaction before departure.

I bought an Angie's List coupon for $199 for $400 worth of Tree Service then called Bruno Ferazza for an estimate to have a rather large tree removed from my backyard. David Ferazza came out to give the estimate. He looked at the tree and told us it was very dangerous and would not send one of his men up in it to cut it down. He also told us we would have to have our back fence taken down to get the tree down, which would be an additional expense for us. When I told him I had an Angie's List coupon, he said, "Did you already buy it? I don't like coupons for these types of jobs." Since he is the owner, I wondered why he would have a coupon on Angie's List. He honored the coupon and gave a fair price for the service. Needless to say, I got a few more estimates, and found another Angie's List tree service that can do the job without taking the fence down and for less than Bruno Ferazza with the included coupon. Angie's List refunded my coupon. I've learned to get estimates etc. before purchasing coupons.

The work was completed in a timely, professional manner. Great job.

They showed up 40 minutes late. I told them that I had discussed with whoever gave the estimate that they would be leaving the pieces on site as habitat, and showed them where I wanted it all placed. This is in lieu of having to haul it all off to the truck and taking it to green waste, which means it cost them less in money and time. They should have been grateful. Instead, after precisely two hours they said Bruno wanted them to move to the next job. They hadn't moved hardly any of the tree pieces. It's all stil laying there as a big mess. When I told the foreman to tell Bruno that I was not happy, he said "Yeah well I'm not very happy with him a lot of the time." I should have refused to pay the overage until he finished the job.

They came in the morning at 8:00 am, removed the tree completely, like it never existed.

The guys from Bruno Ferazza were very professional did a great job of tidying up the area after they were finished. The onsite arbohorist very knowledgeable and took great care to ensure the trees were pruned correctly. The tree service was a bit more pricey than other tree service companies we have used in the past but they did do a great job.

I called Bruno Ferazza Tree Service a couple of weeks ago and they came right out and gave me a quote on removing and grinding out the stumps of two poorly positioned trees in my backyard. The work was done as scheduled and on time for a very reasonable cost. the guys were very professional and even cleaned up after removing the trees and grinding out the stumps. I am very pleased with their service and will use them again.

This is the second time I use their services, the deal is great, and unlike many other contractors who post deals on angie's list that seem tempting, but when they come for estimates they over price on other things to make up for the low deal price, Bruno Ferazza is not one of them. This deal is legit, and I think is very good for that price. The job was to remove two large trees I had by a pool, they were too messy and started causing damage on the brick wall, it was a matter of time before they started damaging the pool, so I decided to remove them. Someone came for an estimate, and since it was at least 2-3 hour job for I think 3 or 4 people, he asked for an extra $150 on top of the $400 which I paid $199 with this deal, so total was $349. I think its a good price for the job, if you've seen how big those trees were. They also grind the stumps so that they dont grow back again. They were very professional, they also cleaned up all the debris and whatever fell in the pool. I was happy with the results, though sad for losing the trees, after all, I wished I had other alternative to removing them. I planted new trees instead, but pushed them away from the pool. If I have any other future tree jobs, I'd definitely hire them again.
