David called me the day I posted my request for work on Angie's List, He stopped by the next morning for the estimate, and then fit me into their schedule at the end of that same day because my trees weren't all that big by their standards (although big for me!). His crew was great. Like David, they were polite and professional and they did their work very efficiently. They also cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they'd been there. Wish I'd taken photos of the trees before and after. The trees look great and I'll definitely use them again.

The service we received was excellent. They met with us to discuss the extent of what needed to be done, called to let us know when they would be arriving, and kept us informed of their progress. I was impressed with the crews professionalism as they worked. They wore all the necessary safety gear and were obviously used to working together to assume the various duties in large tree trimming. (Our trees were quite tall..one a giant oak next to our house.) They cleaned up all of the tree trimmings and left the yard looking as though they had not disturbed things. I would recommend them and use them again.

Service scheduled for 3/9/16 @ 7:30 am. Then rescheduled for 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Got a call 11:30 am to come at 12:00 pm. Immediately got a call back to come at 2:00 pm. Got a call from the owner a short time later for 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm. Four time changes in one day. Why, because some customers were no shows and some changed the scope of work to be done. So who gets penalized? Well, that would be me whose time is more valuable than money. I explained when I got the 11:30 am call that I had errands to run and couldn't be sitting at home all day waiting for them to show up. Sad reality is they are way up top with A's but this is how they treat a customer. Another sad reality is I received a letter from my HOA the trees have to be trimmed back within a sixty day period or I will be subject to penalties. Now I have to scrabble to find someone else before my deadline. IN RESPONSE TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER'S RESPONSE: The Service Providers Response is not correct. I did not talk with him so he could not have offered to do the job at no charge.

David Ferazza (owners son) came out on 2 occasions to look at the the front and back yards. Both times he showed up on time, was professionally dressed, clean, well groomed, and knew what he was talking about. He was able to email me an estimate the day he looked at the property; the estimate was itemized which gave us the option and flexibility of taking items off the list that were out of our budget. We purchased an older home (1994 built) and the yards (front and back) were neglected and overgrown. His team came out and removed over 20 trees, stumps, bushes, and who knows what else in our jungle of a yard. David was not the cheapest but he was absolutely the most professional and the most honest. I had 5 different tree services come out for estimates, and hands down, this was the only one that I would recommend.

David and his crew showed up right on time and discussed the job to make sure they knew what I wanted. Crews were allocated to specific jobs based on abilities and quickly and efficiently moved between one tree and another. Workers moved lights and pots in order to avoid damage. When the job was complete everything was back in place and cleaned up better than when they showed up. I had received a quote from another company and was able to have much more work done by paying a couple hundred more. David was very straightforward and honest and the work was performed as he described. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

Great work! Used a coupon to finish work that we had started, but were unable to complete due to the size of the tree. Showed up when stated and did work requested in a timely manner.

Trimmed all trees as specified and added another tree that needed attention. One tree was a challenge because one of the crew climbed into a tall tree and spent a lot of time cleaning out the interior branches. All the trees looked great after they finished. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and did a terrific job cleaning up when completed.

I LOVE MY TREE GUYS! This is the second time I've had the Ferazza crew out. All I can say is they did a miraculous job. I have a lot of trees that have been neglected through the years and Ferazza is doing a wonderful job getting them looking great again.

They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a fine job trimming all three trees. They cleaned up the area well and avoided stepping on newer plants that were around the backyard trees.

Bruno Ferazza sent 3 arborists whom were here for 3-4 hours each. They did a great job on the tree and cleaned everything up completely. Scheduling was easy and handled very professionally. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

My wife met David Ferazza at the house and he gave her good advice and a fair estimate. We decided to hire them. We had a small communication issue at first, but now we're on track to have Ferazza remove our trees. I'll update this review after the service is done.

I will recommend this Company to all my friends. It was amazing how professional they all were. I wanted a large tree removed from our front yard. They went up and beyond. They not only took out the tree but they cut the usable wood into fireplace size logs and stacked it in a neat pile,removed a branch from another tree, removed an old dead bush and racked and cleaned everything up. I am very pleased with the professional service they provided. I will use them again.

David Ferraza was out here to provide a quote within just a couple days. And although the quote was handwritten, it was completed on premise within a short time frame and we scheduled the work for a couple weeks later to occur just before Christmas eve. I originally planned on doing more work but David allowed me to downgrade at the last minute because of budget concerns. The crew of three people arrived on time and quickly got to work clearing out the pile of branches I had already accumulated and cutting the trees down. The guy that was climbing the trees was clearly experienced and did an amazing job. For any branches that they felt were in jeopardy of hitting the house, they tied them off and lowered them down slowly which I greatly appreciated. It took almost six hours to finish the job and before they left, they made sure to blow everything off the paths to leave things as clean as possible. The only thing that was disappointing about the job is that the chipper was not empty when they arrived so they ran out of room and had to leave a small pile of leaves on the street to be picked up by the city later. This normally wouldn't have been an issue for me but I had plans to have my family over for xmas eve so it was frustrating to have a mess left over. Overall, the team was friendly, courteous, hard working, accommodating, and efficient. I was very impressed with the work they did and would work with them again in the future.

They did a great job shaping the trees. Kept work area clean. Was also able to add one tree at time of service. One gentleman was having a bad day and let a several four letter words fly. He was also the worker doing the pruning and but he really knew what he was doing. He sincerely apologized afterwards and as did his superior. The main thing I wanted from the job was the tree shaped properly and not hacked up (like topping trees) that I have seen from other tree companies in the area. This company knew how to prune properly and move about the tree to get the best tree possible. Would use them again.

The crew did a great job and were very courteous and professional. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I will have them back next time I need tree services.

Work was done well and on time, a little disappointed in price, used them last year for the same service and paid $199.00 instead of $299.00 and it covered more work, both front and back, then soon after coupon was purchased this season they had one at $199.00 again. So less work, more money doesn't thrill me, but still about the best deal out there.

I bought the deal for a tree crew for 7 hrs and it was wayyyy worth my money! David and his crew showed up on time as scheduled. He called me the day before to let me know what time him and his crew would arrive. We were both a little apprehensive about the rain, but he assured me that he could reschedule later in the week if need be. Phew! David and his crew did a stellar job of completing everything I asked, and cleaning and hauling away all the debris. He even offered (and I accepted) to cut one of the large trees into firewood. David told me he would need to come back later in the week to finish stump grinding because it rained most of the day and was too muddy to bring the grinder to the backyard. David kept his word and completed all services as asked. I'd use him and his crew again if I need anything removed or pruned.

The main guy that showed up was very professional and helpful, then on the day...I can't remember if I paid for 3 guys for 8 hours or 4 guys for 8 hours exactly but pretty much one guy worked and the rest just stood around. The one guy that worked was fantastic. They did the minimum that I asked them to do, so I can't really complain, they got the job done. But the fact that you pay for 4 guys and for 8 hours you watch one guy working and 3 guys watching is not really...I could have hired a much smaller crew and paid a lot less and I could have gotten the same job done based on the fact that one guy got the job done and didn't touch anything else. The main guy said, oh yeah we could easily get the major ones done and probably definitely more of the minor would have done too. Like I said, I just assumed that I was going to get a crew of 4, two teams of two because there were two big trees to work on. They need two people, one person goes on top and one person stays down but instead there was one guy working on one tree while 3 guys where down. Then the same guy went and worked on the other tree and they didn't, like I said touch anything else. I didn't really want to confront them or anything. I am not that kind of guy. Make sure you find out that your are getting actually 4 people that are going to work not 4 people that one of them is going to work and 3 guys are going to stand around. They were smoking and I didn't like that either. The guy who did the trimming of the trees, that guy was fantastic. He was great. He was a freaking super hero. The kind of work this guy did by himself...The main guy who did all the work was perfect.

Bought 50% off coupon in Oct but it was not a good time to trim the ceder because of season and bugs. Delayed till nov but Canceled because of rain. Job completed with threat of rain on 1/4/16. Good job in clean up.

Bruno came out and we talked about what we wanted cut. He looked over the areas and made suggestions. We made an appointment and they were out on time that day. The crew went over the work order, made a few suggestions and did the cutting. They did a bit of extra work without extra cost. The clean-up was so good, you wouldn't know they were there. It is important to know what you want done in advance of their visit.

Bruno Ferazza Tree Service cut down a tree and ground out the stump in my front yard. The day of the job, a 3-member crew was very prompt (a little early) and started work right away cutting down the tree. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I didn't have to worry about damage done by falling limbs to my remaining plants or to the neighbor's yard because they protected the plants with canisters and knew what they were doing in directing the fall of the limbs and the tree trunk. As the crew was cleaning up and chipping up the downed tree, the owner, David Ferazza, arrived with the stump grinder which he himself operated. That job went fast and efficiently as well. With the right crew, equipment, and know-how, my job was done in no time and no stress. David was very pleasant and helpful from the time of his estimate visit to the time of his departure when the job was completed. This work was of great value for me.
