Amazing! Couldn't be happier! Yard, street and driveway left spotless.

It was fine. They did a lot of trimming for us. It's the second time we've used them and we're very happy with them.

This is the 2nd time we've used them and the job went perfect. Very professional. The trees look beautiful. The 4 hours were well spent. Would use them again in a heartbeat. David was great to work with.

They were okay. They asked for an extra $100. They were good, they did a good job. It was very high, it was like 100 feet high. The guy went up there and trimmed it. That was good. They came right away.

The service was great! I wasn't able to be there at the time of the removal so the crew let themselves in the backyard, stacked up the usable firewood for this winter next to the fence as requested and ground down the stumps as well. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up all the mess as well. I couldn't have been happier and I appreciate such professionals helping us with problematic trees. It is nice to have a clean slate so we can redesign our yard. David was great to work with. He came out quickly, gave me a quote on the spot and scheduled the crew to return within a week to complete the work which I appreciated. Overall, the process was easy and the results were just what I envisioned.

Extremely impressed with professionalism of team. They did everything they promised and more. Great communications with me throughout the project. I have worked with other tree companies and these were the best. They more than met my expectations. They arrived a little early and stayed until project was complete. They also gave me information and advice about future projects.

David Ferazza quickly replied to our Angie's list email and a phone message, unlike 2 other companies we never heard back from. He set an appointment to come to the house and arrived on time, gave us an estimate, and set a date to perform the work. The crew arrived early that day, Bruno Ferazza went over the work to be done with us and the crew got right to work. They did an exemplary job and cleaned everything up before leaving. Their price was very reasonable, better than other tree work we have had done. They properly pruned 6 fruitless mulberries, removed 3 huge shrubs and one tree, ground the stumps, and left us the chips per our request.

I would give them 5 stars, really good service. I liked that I didn't have to be involved, they showed and did the work exactly how they said they would and left. They are very professional and helpful. They cleaned up my yard after the job. I have used them twice and would use this again.

During the consult, David was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He told me he could remove the two oleanders for $400. (Another tree service on Angie's List quoted me $650, so it really pays to shop around.) Then David told me there was a special running through Angie's List, so my final cost would be half: $200. Deal. The trees were removed a week later. The only criticism I have is that where the trees once stood, mounds of mulch and dirt were left behind. Perhaps this is customary in the tree removal business, but I would have preferred the earth to be flat and clean. I'll simply use the detritus around the rest of the yard now. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work.

David visited the site and discussed options with me. I appreciated his analysis of the situation and his suggestions. He scheduled the tree trimming right there on his tablet after the meeting. He called me the day before to remind me of the appointment and told me what to expect. The crew, Julio, Neddie, and Curtis were super professional, helpful, and efficient. They arrived on time, asked me what I wanted done, and when things moved more efficiently than expected, they asked me what else needed to be done. They were also great with working with my neighbor as some of my tree's branches hung over their garage. My yard looks great, and I am very pleased with the work.

It was okay. They left some stuff around, and I never saw the boss. I discussed stuff with them but it wasn't as good as it could have been. We got most of it done.

Could not have gone any better. The showed up on time and got to work immediately. The tree had many power and telephone lines running through it but Julio was extremely careful to cut the branches in such a way so that they missed all the lines on the way down. Was quite the show actually. They cleaned up so well that the only evidence that they were here was the big pile of mulch from the stump grinding. The crew was very friendly and answered some questions I had during the process courteously. Would absolutely have them back when I need more tree work. Thanks guys.

It wasn't good to begin with but they made up for it. In the end, they pulled through with what they said they would do. They could have been a little more attentive on the first time they cut the tree down.

The crew arrived on time, they were very professional and efficient. In fact, I've never witnessed a crew who has work as quickly, carefully and thoroughly as this crew. They were all really nice guys, too. David called me back right away to set up an appointment for an estimate, and he got his crew out to do the job right away. I hired this company through a daily deal on Angies List ($200 for $400 in tree work). I couldn't ask for a better experience. I appreciated that they listened to me and dealt with all of my concerns. Absolutely punctual and responsive to phone calls. They left my yard, patio and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. They seem pricey for taking out a stump ($250 minimum) so I didn't have them do that part. Obviously very experienced and knowledgable tree people; both the owner and the person in charge of doing the work have had families in tree work for generations. Highly recommended.

I met with David to schedule the removal and he was pleasant and professional. I wasn't home when the tree was removed, but upon returning home was pleasantly surprised with what I saw. I will definitely use them again for further services.

I am so pleased with David Ferazza he responded very fast to my request to have work done and kept in contact with me about arrival times. Workers were very fast and neat cleaned up so well I did not have to do anything after they left. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. I will absolutely use them again.

The guys arrived on time were very nice. Both trees were trimmed the way I wanted. They raked and swept up the mess nicely and it only took them an hour. I was pleased that they even put my garbage cans back to where they were when they arrived, it was garbage day. I thought the price was ok but I have never used this kind of service before.

They did the work, and it was performed in California, so we don't know it looks, we haven't seen it, and we have heard that it is acceptable. I purchased the big deal, and it was $199 for $400 worth of work, so he came out and his $400 was just one of the trees. I wouldn't call him back because I can get more trees done with $400. He knows that you paid that price and so he will tell you $400 for it. I would not use them for tree pruning unless I had a coupon. He has a big crew for bigger projects. I could use someone else for cheaper. They did what they said they were going to do, and this was the first time I used them.

The job went well. Due to inclement weather and conflicts with more urgent work, the grinding of the stump was delayed until the following Monday. This was no problem since there was no urgency to that. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the three man team that removed the tree on Friday. The crew chief, who handled the job was knowledgeable and accommodating. The special coupon, to which I responded, made the cost of the job reasonable and fair from my perspective. I would not hesitate to recommend Bruno Ferazza Tree Service to others based on my experience with their people and service.

David scheduled with me immediately after I booked the apt, he came out the next day to give me an estimate. His guys came right on time for our scheduled appt. He sent 3 men to do the job. I live on a hill so hauling all the lumber out is a difficult job and they stayed 2 hours over their allotted time. The top off of the olive trees turned out esthetically very pleasing especially since the reason I was trimming them down was to see a view behind them and they still look like trees and now with a beautiful view behind. They cleaned up really well before they left and all three men were super professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you Angies List and David for a job well done.

The team that came out to my house to do the tree removal went ahead and cut out a few extra small stumps here and there for me for no extra charge. I was pretty impressed by how quickly and professionally they got the job done. They cleaned up the yard and I am certainly a happy customer!

Dave kept me informed during the week due to several storms. Changed dates a couple of times and was vey happy with the work.

He came out and met with me to discuss the details. He agreed to do the work I wanted to have done for the offer price which was awesome! After a weather delay they came out, did the work, and cleaned up the whole area. the job was done to perfection! David was prompt, professional, and accommodating. I love doing business with people who are easy to work with and go above and beyond what they agree to do! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service!
