Excellent, could not have asked for better service. Able to quickly accommodate our schedule and made an appointment for the next Friday. They were very flexible with our coming and going. Husband met them when they arrived to verify which trees, etc. and then left for work. I showed up less than two hours later and they were finishing the clean-up, and everything was spotless! They walked me around to each tree, verifying I was happy and pointed out another tree we should watch, etc. The guys were professional, wrote them a check, and it was so easy. Have recommended them to a couple friends of mine that have rental properties and/or larger trees.

Very well, the crew arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up all the trimmings. The tree looks great and I am very happy with their work. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and highly recommend them.

They came to perform the service promptly and they were punctual with our agreed schedule. They did a very good job and consulted me whether they had pruned sufficiently to my expectations. The price was more than I had paid in the past but I thought it was reasonable given the work and the number of people involved.

Went very well. Dave let me know the day before than they would be here an hour later than originally scheduled due to an emergency. They got her exactly on time. It started raining when 3-man crew arrived and they worked through the rain. (Rain stopped after about 1 hr.) They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up all branches and clippings after work was complete. Great guys! Will have them come again.

Bruno's service exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The crew went over and above to see that everything was done to my satisfaction. They even cleaned up some weeds that I had been pulling as they were working. Everyone on the crew was pleasant and worked hard throughout the service. I would not hesitate to have them back or to refer them to anyone who needs heavy work done in their yard.

Work was good. The estimate was high, I believe. Knowing that I bought $400 of work for $200, I think the estimate was raised. I had to talk down to just $400. I understand he only gets $200, but that's the point of the angie's discount - I thought.

Good, except one of the trees got trimmed a bit more than we would have liked. We mentioned that one of the trees was over the fence and dropping twigs on our neighbors yard. They may have gone a little to far with the trimming as now the tree looks completely one sided. Its just now beginning to bud out for the spring, so we'll see how it looks this summer. Overall, they were very professional and punctual.

They performed the work professionally and quickly. They cleared and cleaned up debris where they worked, including my 200 ft driveway. I am very satisfied with their work! I will use them again.

I didn’t need to use the tree service or I haven’t used them yet. I may in the future. I thought that the representative that came out was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with suggestions. I think they were fair in their pricing. They were listed in the Angie’s List book. I said, “what about this, what about that!” It was kind of like a variety of things. There were three different options that I asked them about doing things. I felt like they were reasonable in their proposal, in the options that they gave me. I was very impressed with them, of course it was just an estimate. The representative acted in a professional way. Even showing up for an estimate, it is a big factor. The only reason I didn't use them is because I put it on hold. I get really attached to whatever I plant, I bond with them.

Everything went great. David was very responsive on the phone for the scheduling, especially considering all the rain in early 2017. Then the 2-man work crew that came out was extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely hire this company again, even without the discount coupon.

Had a lil mis-communication regarding work to be done, but were able to sort out and honored quote that was originally given.

All of the work was completed quickly and professionally within only three days of our first contact. The team was efficient, friendly, and fully professional. We will certainly plan on having them do additional work as the need arises.

Great! I used this company before. They are very professional and efficient. This particular job was difficult because the weather was so bad (bad storms; raining constantly February 2017). But once the opportunity presented itself, they were there to do the job. David and his crew, came in, removed the trees and re-scheduled the grinding the trunks early the next week when the weather subsided). They are awesome (can't say enough how much I appreciate their efforts).

Everything went well. No plants or lighting were trampled or broken. They cleaned up well.

The job took two full days and with a crew of three on the first day and a crew of eight on the second day. Things went beautifully from the timely arrival of Julio, crew foreman, with Netti and shane on Sunday morning. They worked flat out all day, except for a very short lunch break. The second day was more of the same, exept the crew was larger and included the addition of Curtis, Osmond, Casey, John, and Nick. They did a marvelous job, without a hiccup, although they worked over and around my fence, my neighbor and my roofs, and both sets of power lines. The work went flawlessly. It was very impressive. They did a meticulous job of cleaning up afterwards. The entire crew was also courteous, worked really hard, and always informed me of any type concern about the work. I am really pleased with the work and will call them back when my trees need pruning.

David Ferraza came to do the estimate and he was fantastic. He gave me great advice on caring for my trees and when to trim them. The price was great and when they came to do the work they were timely, fast, and left no mess. I would hire them again and referred them to my parents who are also having them remove a tree. I highly recommend this company.

The crew knew exactly what needed be done and did an excellent job! All the debris was cleaned up and trees looked great by the time they were done. We couldn't be happier with the work they did and the customer service was an A+. The next time our trees need to be pruned, we'll be calling them back.

Terrific work. This company was responsive and responsible from promptly answering the phone to finishing the job. The arborist came out the same day. He was professional, discussed what could be done to achieve what we needed, and gave a very fair estimate. The 4 man crew accomplished the work in a knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly manner. They were considerate of our requests and cleaned up well. We were very happy that this job got done the day before a storm when a falling tree would have caused damage to our fence and neighbor's yard. We will definitely call them for our future needs and have already sung their praises to friends and neighbors.
