Description of Work: They were very considerate as far as meeting our scheduling demands. We had a heavy rain the day before they were to come and, that evening, they called and rescheduled. The olive branches we had cut off were up over a tile roof, and they were able to cut them without touching our roof, or landing any limbs on the roof. It amazed me that they were so quiet. Before they left the limbs had been cut to fire place size and neatly stacked, all the small brush had been chopped and put in a designated place, and the area where they worked had been raked. Unless you looked up into our trees, you would hardly know they had been there. The job we gave them was very small, but they treated it as if we were ordering a million dollars worth of work.

Description of Work: I purchased this offer of $200 for $400 worth of tree services, which was a great deal. I had a big tree stump in my backyard that was still growing back, I needed to clean that area to be able to use it for younger trees. There was also another small stump that didnt take long to remove. They also trimmed some tree branches that were growing over my house, causing a lot of leaves in the gutters and potential hazard on the roof if large branches break. After they were done, they collected all the branches and cleaned up the lawn afterwards, and made sure there is no mess left after they were done. All this was done over 2 separate days, 1-2 hours each. I'm pretty pleased with the results, and the value of the service. They were very professional. I would definitely use their services in the future.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at my trees and suggested some thinning out of the big redwood trees. I also had them take out one tree which they removed completely - no stump left behind. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Evaluated overhanging neighbor's tree and suggested consensual trimming which was unlikely. Estimated cost if consent were given. Very informative and courteous and punctual. But, neighbor is a jerk.
