Great. The two young men were very engaging and accomplished everything I had hope would get done. They did an excellent job cleaning up.

This winter when we had the winter storms I was considering having some redwoods cut down but I just decided not to because I planted those trees and I am very attached to them. I was so impressed. The guy that came out for them was wonderful. I got a couple of other bids but I just felt like if I ever do have to cut down those trees I would go with them. I was very impressed with their representative but I just decided that I liked the trees too much. They were ok. He knew what he was doing. I would have hired them if I had decided to cut down the trees. I was impressed that he was honest about it. I know this winter a lot of trees fell down but he was honest about it. He said oh no these are healthy trees so I didn't have the heart to cut them down.

We used a $200 for $400 deal here on Angie's List. Even with a deal running, David was quick to get back to me. He let us know it would be an additional $350 to grind the stump away, and we agreed we didn't want to leave it behind. The day of the removal, two workers were right on time. They moved very quickly, had everything cleaned up and finished before I knew it. You can barely tell a tree used to be there. So relieved this eyesore is out of outnumbered yard! Overall a great experience!

They were the second highest bidder, but I felt like they performed the job that equated with the bid. The quality of service was excellent. They were professional. They up front told me that they had covered insurance for liability and workmen's comp. Their manager came by during the day and he was the one that came out with the estimate. The company was punctual and polite, everybody was polite. The crew arrived spot on time in the morning and then one of their other crews finished up during the day and they came over here to help out. They started with 3 people and ended up with 7. They cleaned up the yard. The trees were big and they needed a lot of work.

Was extremely pleased with their work. They were on time accomplish their goals quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We will hire them again. Recommend them highly.

We had a tree come down, it just cracked at the trunk, came down and nearly took out our pool guy. We had an arborist come out, this guys an arborist, and look at some other trees. We had so much rain this past year that we had a lot of other trees that were rotted. He took out 6 trees, big oak trees, and it cost us $1200. I’ve actually used them in the past too. There were 3 workers and they were all very professional, quick and cleaned up very nicely.

It went well. A cherry plum tree was removed. It only took them a few minutes. The crew was very efficient and left every thing in a clean and organized manner.

Well, we've used them before, and they always do everything they say they're going to do, plus a little more. They never charge us more money they never want more money. They're here when they say they're going to be here, and they finish when they say they're going to be done. It takes them about four hours to remove the trees. It was three workers. They were great. They did everything exceptionally well and I couldn't see anything they need to improve on. They're punctual, professional, and they're very courteous.

Was going to purchase the $199 for $499 worth of tree service. Called and a gentleman answered with just an "Hello" asked if this was the tree service company, he answered yes, then asked if they serviced the Sacramento area and was hung up on. Tried calling back got voicemail. Needless to say I will not be using this company!

David and his crew were awesome! They did an amazing job. They took their time and removed the tree and ground the stumps as requested. They cleaned up the yard before they left. David and his crew were friendly, professional, punctual, and worked around our needs. David was very responsive to my phone calls and questions as well. His rates were reasonable. Overall we had a great experience with Bruno Ferraza Tree Service, consider them to be an excellent provider, and would use them again.

It went very well. I can't say enough about Bruno Tree Svc. They are so professional: trustworthy, always on time, clean, precise, overall efficient. You can tell that they take great pride in their profession. I highly recommend them.

All went great! Purchased a day of tree service on Angie's List and was able to meet the next day with David, from Burno Ferazza Tree Service, at my home to discuss the work needed to be done; there was a lot -- more than I knew they could achieve in one day -- so we prioritized the list of tasks to achieve. Our discussion was friendly, clear, and concise; when he departed I knew the date the service was to be performed, had a clear indication as to the tasks that would definitely be able to complete and an estimation as to what additional tasks the team might be able to complete in that day as well. We had also arranged for a follow up service to complete those tasks not achieved the first day that were critical (ie, professional required); all other tasks I would perform myself on a later date. Prior to the service date I received a reminder call. On the date of service David and team showed up on time, the team worked diligently throughout the day to achieve the tasks, were courteous in all matters, and ended up completing more than I had thought able. I was so pleased with the effort, the service, the value, I got a quote from David for the remainder of ALL the tasks I had left to be completed, which they did upon their return. Money well spent, my task list cleared. Thanks again David and Team!

The trees were taken down quickly and professionally. It took about 4 hours total and they informed us ahead of time that we would need to call SMUD and AT&T to take down the lines to our house so that they could safely remove the trees without damaging the lines. They coordinated well with the SMUD and AT&T crews in timing and giving each other space to work. They cleaned up nicely, removing all tree debris from the yard and swept the driveway. There is a great deal of sawdust leftover from stump grinding, but this may be good for our soil. The one concern we have is that a small portion of one stump that was growing up against the fence was left behind. It may not have been possible for them to remove it without damaging the fence though, so we suspect that is why.

David was extremely professional, careful, respectful, and maneuvered the stump grinding machine through tight spaces in the backyard, taking his time to avoid damaging anything along the way. His communication was clear, concise, and thorough. I would hire him again and plan to recommend him to friends who are looking for tree work of any kind.

This is my second time to use Ferrazza's service. In addition to the work I ask for, I'm impressed with the ideas and advice offered to enhance my overall landscaping. in addition to the requests I have. David is easy to collaborate with.

Everything went extremely well. Three men provided service for 7 hours of tree trimming and removal.

Didn't arrive on time because they had to go to the dump, but everything went well.
