Description of Work: Came into give me an estimate. I thought he was professional, however he never called me back. I was ready to hire too, so I ended up going with someone else. Can't rate their tree cutting service, but can rate their lack of follow up after giving me an estimate.

Description of Work: The provider gave me a quote for the removal of a dead tree on our property. Approximately 1 week later, I called the provider and asked him to perform the work. It has been over a month since he accepted the work, but never showed.

Description of Work: Removed a 35' palm tree and trimmed Jacaranda tree and Banana tree in back yard. They did a good job of cleaning up and hauled away.

Description of Work: Cut down tree and grind the stump and removal all debris of a huge weeping willow. Here also trimmed a large amount of high up wisteria vines for no extra cost (I asked him after he quoted tree removal amount how much extra to do that..he said no extra cost).

Rick's had done some emergency work on our big Cypress in the backyard when a storm busted off a branch back in 2005. When I called a described the same tree and that it need some trimming, he remembered coming out the last time!! That was over five years ago!

Description of Work: This was one of many times that Rick's Tree Service has pruned trees in our present yard. Mature plum, orange, curly willow, and olive trees were pruned under the direction of their long-time on-site arborist. In each instance, a price was given in advance and the work very satisfactorily completed. Over the years in various other locations, I have observed the work of other crews and find that Rick's ranks high on understanding that pruning is an art that upon completion a tree not only looks attractive but grows for proper fruit production and longeivity.
