We recently completed an ADU on our small SB property. The project manager gave Alan a well deserved leadership position , so we had plenty of opportunities to see his skills when it comes to accomplishing specific construction tasks and solving problems . Alan is a focused , hard worker who is an efficient communicator (in Spanish and English) and able to adapt to changing circumstances when dealing with city inspectors and other workers. He is trustworthy and reliable. Since completing the ADU , we have hired him to complete some smaller projects on the property and he’s been great . So glad to have Alan as a contact. We’ll definitely be working with him in the future. 5 out of 5 for sure !
