I have used this roofing company in the past with great results. That is why I chose them again. The two men. Nicholas and Rigo repaired the roof damage in less than two hours. They were very professional and friendly.

The owner did not want to do the job. They insisted the problem was with the siding. Granted there was a leak in the siding, there was also two leaks in the roof directly at he base of our chimney. They referred me to a contractor that could help with the siding. I called the contractor, who never bothered calling me back.

Even though they were booked solid, they put in the extra effort to get to my roof and repair it just before rain/storms hit that loomed on the horizon. I understand they had a heavy workload, so I very much appreciate their efforts to get to me before the storm hit. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to others.

Ryan, Connie, and Nicolas were wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and addressed the small issues I had promptly and professionally.

I am very happy with their service. From beginning to end they were very responsive and professional. It took about a month to get the actual job done, but that seems to be normal for any good roofing company. They did call me when there was a cancellation and were able to up the date by a week, which was nice. They put a full crew on as there was a chance of rain the next day and they were able to complete the whole job in one day. The final bill was only slightly higher than the estimate as some fascia had to be replaced, but that was expected as well. The roof looks great, they cleaned everything up nicely and I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team for any roofing needs.

Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to repair the leak in my roof in a timely manner. They then followed through and replaced the rain gutters within a couple of weeks. The repair crew showed up when they said they would and the repairs were completed by that afternoon. The crew that replaced the gutters was punctual and easy to deal with. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

We are located in Atascadero, so it was disappointing to know that they've not updated their service area information on the Angie's List website. Be sure to call first to confirm that they'll service your area, because the information they have on Angies list isn't correct.

From my first call to them until they were completely finished with the job they were excellent on all counts. They were timely in their estimate, responsive to all questions and concerns, they returned phone calls immediately, they were pleasant and empathic to our needs, and they came through with all that they promised. We first contacted McLeans last year (2012). We had small roof leaks and wanted to replace our rain gutters. Jim came out and inspected the roof and provided an estimate for the repairs and gutter replacement. We had already contacted a larger gutter specialist and received an estimate from them for just replacing the gutters. Jim estimate was lower and included the repairs. We had planned to have the work done right away but family illness and problems with our small business caused us to delay the work. When we contacted them this year they had the information readily available and only had to adjust the estimate for the cost of materials. Connie took all of our information and additional requests and mailed us a new estimate that we received the following day. We contacted them to accept the estimate and make another special request - we we getting ready to have our house painted and asked if they could come remove the old gutters so the painters could access the full facial boards. Someone came out right away to handle that. Part of the roof repair involved reconstruction our fireplace chimney surround. Connie gave me the names of several contractors they work with to have this work done. Don Miller performed an excellent job and when additional problems were found after taking the existing surround apart, Jim sent his guys to help repair the rooing portion to ensure there would be no leaks. This allowed Don to finish his repairs. Then Jim's crew sealed the surround and made the other roof repairs. We let them know we were ready for the gutters and Jim offered great advice on the color as we were having trouble envisioning what it would look like. The material was ordered and Jim and his team arrived and installed the gutters - they did a great job. We are extremely happy with this whole experience! Jim, Connie, and everyone we dealt with were professional, courteous, and friendly - exactly what I'd expect from small business owners who take pride in their work. They didn't give up on us and remained with us even through our delays. Truly a business that takes their customers seriously.

We have been very pleased with McLean Roofing and have had them out numerous times for check ups and cleanings, as well as the reroof described. It was a pleasure to meet the owners of the business and they were very good about showing us different roofs for a rental in SLO. We just saw the actual work recently and it was as expected. Since we live in OR it was nice to find people we could trust. The tenant told us how good and prompt they were and when they left there wasn't a scrap of anything left to show they had been there. Very professional!!

Ryan and Connie were professional, responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions regarding the project. We live 200 miles away from the property so it can be difficult dealing with these types of issues. They followed through on our requests and kept us informed. We have old siding and some of the tiles were broken on the edges because they are old and brittle, but other than that we are very pleased with the result. The new rain gutters were undamaged which I had concerns about. They worked around the rain and the tenants on the property and finished the whole job in one day. It has not rained since but we anticipate no problems.

* We are very discerning and typically demand high quality service and products. Fortunately, McLean Roofing met and even exceeded our very high standards. The office staff, which was the owner's wife, was prompt, courteous, patient, personable, and professional. McLean provided addresses of local residents who had used their services, so we could see the shingles on other homes with varying roof pitches. We were happy that we viewed other roofs, since after we observed what the most popular mid to high grade shingle looked like on other houses, we decided to choose a different type of shingle, which was considerably more expensive. Only one home in the area had used the "new" shingle we were considering, probably because of the cost. However, it was a much better-looking roof, so it was worth it! The shingles came in a variety of colors, and since it was difficult to gauge color just by looking at photos, McLean offered to order individual shingle samples in the colors we were considering so we could match them to the color and style of our home. There were a few delays with the samples, but the owner personally arranged to have the samples driven from LA, then he drove to our home and placed the sample shingles on top of the roof so we could choose the appropriate color. Again, we were glad we took the extra time, since after viewing the samples on our roof, we choose a color scheme that differed from what we originally had selected simply from the photos. * McLean ordered the materials, tore off the old roof and skylights, repaired some dry rot, replaced some wood under the eaves, added some attic venting, then installed the new roof and skylights. The workers were prompt, professional, and neat. Once the materials arrived, the whole process took only three days. * Overall, McLean provided excellent customer service, and I would recommend them highly.

The job was done right and they were very fast and they made sure the color or the rain gutters match my house. they also cleaned up around the work area.

The job went flawlessly. The crews arrived exactly when they were scheduled. The workers were polite and professional. Due to weather concerns the staff was increased, and the job was completed start to finish in less than six hours. The clean up was through, and the entire property front to back was cleaned with powerful magnets to insure no nails were left. The city inspector arrived the same day, signed off on the permits and he told me in his opinion this company was top of the line. I would highly recommend this company To anybody!
