As a successful local family business, John Dittenhoefer has many years of experience. Prior to installation he explained in detail what the job would require. My main point of contact was Chelsea who answered lots of questions. She worked with her brothers, efficiently and professionally, completing the job in two days.

John has not yet started the work however our dealings to this point have been excellent.

John was referred to us by good friends, and he didnâ t disappoint. Family owned and operated business with many years experience, they were able to solve a noisy problem re-directing vents, replaced an aged-out system with a new furnace, AC and whole-home attic fan. They were prompt, fast, very polite and cleaned up all the work areas. I would definitely recommend John!

John and his crew were amazing. We replaced an old gas heating system with an electric heat pump/AC unit after we converted to solar. They were prompt and once they started the job they stayed until it was complete. They cleaned up everyday so there was no mess to deal with. John offered good advice when we had choices to make which was appreciated. I have more projects coming up and I will be calling John to take care of them.

Please accept our heartfelt thank you for the excellent work by your installation team! We had company staying with us the first night after the installation and no one even heard the furnace kick on in the morning. It purrs like a kitten, no rattling registers. It passed the leak test with flying colors, too.

John and his female co-worker quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace and replaced the defective part. No guesswork - knew just what was wrong and fixed it right the first time.

Very pleased with the install of a new furnace and air conditioning system. They showed up on time and they were courteous and professional. I got price quotes from two other companies, John's price was the lowest. I feel as though I got the best equipment and installation, in addition, they provided more system improvements than the other two companies offered. It was a good decision to have chosen John!

John and Chelsea responded quickly to my request for repair on my furnace. The heating company that installed the new furnace couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Dittenhoefer found the problem right away and fixed it. Great service. Would definitely use them again.

I couldn't be happier. Family business and reflect the value of the business. He call me shortly after requesting the project. Showed up on time for the estimate. Let me know the scope of the project. Received two other bidds, none was as thorough or well priced. Provided a detailed written bid and team arrived on time. Courteous and clean with their work. Because he was sealing at the registers, their are in most rooms of my house, left each room the way they found it. I felt assured of their competency and job was complete on schedule. I am awaiting building inspection, but certain it will pass. I would recommend them to any one in the area.

Excellent assessment and problem diagnosing, on time, thorough follow up, and great communication as to options for proceeding. Very transparent and incredibly good value we received relative to time spent for repair response. We would definitely hire John again.
