I too was told I needed to replace my roof but Hector said that he could repair the roof so that I could get at least another two years out of it. He was prompt, and did all he said he would do showing me before and after pictures. I would definitely hire him again. I already recommended him highly to my neighbor, who also needs repairs on his roof.

Two local roofing companies told me I needed a complete new roof for about $15,000!! Hacienda told me I just needed a repair for $1200, that the roof was basically sound. The job was completed as soon as there was a break from the rain. People were personable yet professional and seemingly trustworthy.

Our house inspection noted that there was work on the roof to install a rain collar and seal the flashing. Hector, the owner of Hacienda roofing, took care of it a few days after giving us a quote on the work. Were happy with his work and scheduling. Hector is an amiable, friendly guy who knows his roofing; 30 years in the business!

These guys were very professional and yet took time to make it personal! They informed me of every detail and step along the way, helping us understand the hows and whys of the repair. I appreciated their honestly, and timeliness of their work. They left my yard clean and took care to dispose of all broken tiles and debris. I will hire them again if we have a need and also for routine roof maintenance! Highly recommend.

Hector assessed the roof problems and in a short time got it scheduled and repaired. He and his crew are friendly and efficient. Work was done in less than a day and everything was cleaned up. They extended the life of the roof, saved it from being replaced.
