Clyde Schramm, owner, was professional from start to finish He asked my husband to describe the "problem" before scheduling the job (so that he had some idea if he could fix it - how long it would take, proper tools and materials to complete the job) He hadn't worked on this particular Skandia shade before but, he kept at it until it was fixed! And, it works better than ever!!! I have been very unhappy with the last person who has come back over and over to fix the window coverings on our other windows.... it was so wonderful to have Clyde! We will call him again..... definitely.

I was very pleased with Clyde Schramm's business. I would definitely use him again in the future and would highly recommend him to others. He was very prompt and worked efficiently. His price was also reasonable. My kitchen blinds was in bad shape, but he was able to clean it to where it still looked good. I will need to replace it eventually. Clyde also sells blinds, however, he didn't pressure me into buying one from him.

We had an extra large blind that got stuck when we raised it to wash the window. Nothing we did could get it to budge. I called the company and the owner, Clyde Schramm, came the same day and fixed our problem. He was fast, pleasant and effective.

Very satisfied as my thought was that the very old blinds probably could not be cleaned - but were and look wonderful! Will definitely use this company again for cleaning and also for replacement of existing blinds, order pending on verticals for another window.

When Mr. Schramm arrived, my husband and I gave him a tour of the rooms in our house where the blinds needed cleaning. He then removed all of the blinds noting on each blind the window in which it would be put back. He took them all out to his small truck and washed and dried each blind unit there and then returned it to its proper window. Two of our blinds needed small repairs to be made on them. One needed a new wand and the other had a different problem with the way in which the blind operated. He had with him all of the necessary parts to repair these two blinds and had them all in working condition in a very reasonable amount of time. My husband and I thought Mr. Schramm was very thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work.
