Did not know the firm was under a change of ownership at the time we contracted for the work at Home Depot. After a slow start and rough finishing work by the 1st owner, Bill Evans himself showed up. He was very sincere, prompt, and conscientious about correcting and finishing up the job

Mr. Evans and his son were responsive, punctual, quiet, unassuming and expert at refinishing floors. They could identify the wood type beneath the paint coat. They helped us move heavy furniture at no extra cost, kept dust down to a minimum, put the furniture back and charged $1,000 less than others we explored. It took four days, but the results are stunning. Mr. Evans was available to give us updates while we were out of the house. Everything was in order when we returned. They even had replaced the refrigerator and hooked it back up.
Description of Work: Mr. Evans sanded and refinished wood floors that were badly scratched and which were covered by a coat of white stain. He and his son used a sander with a vacuum that kept the dust down. They made sure we did not reenter the home until the floors were dry and the sealant odor had dissipated a bit.
