William Azzalino Architect

From the first contact through our last, the project was flawlessly completed. Mr. Azzalino was easy to work with, honest in all his dealings and attentive to detail. See above for detail on project.

I retained another Architect who was subsequently disbarred and he was combined with a contractor who went bankrupt during my project. The two former members were a disaster and the contractor could not frame the house properly as the architect had a five foot error in the plan dimensions, water ran into the house and what started as a addition to house my new child became a 9 year ordeal. The water created mold damage, the contractor tried to cover it up and did more damage, the house was open to the elements for two years. Mr. Azzalino came in an assessed the situation very quickly, laid out a strategy to recover the house and get my family into it. I was lost, he realized that the attorneys were just making money by preying on me and he brought in a new legal team and reached a settlement within a few months with the insurance carrier. Mr. Azzalino, revised the plans for the house and created some beautiful bathrooms out of spaces that were terribly planned I now realize. He changed the ceilings and created gorgeous levels and trims. He redesigned my kitchen and created a new space for my kids that is highly functional and which I've never seen done anywhere before. He created magnificentbathrooms and showers and I'm incredibly pleased with my house and its functionality. Mr. Azzalino became my project manager for the project as well. I would have been happy to have a house that was just drywall walls and free of the weather but within my budget he gave me a house that belongs in House Beautiful. It has multiple level ceilings, unique fireplaces, and a wonderful exterior. He fixed problems that had persisted for years of stone falling from the house and made so many subtle changes that suit my family and my lifestyle. He found great subtrades, drove very hard bargains and got me much more house than I could ever have imagined within my budget. He should have a halo. I love my house and am very proud of it now.
