this company keeps calling me, announcing in the beginning of the call that the call is recorded, which is against california penal code 632 if one party does not consent to being recorded. I specifically express myself of not agreeing to call being recorded, but despite that the person who identified himself as Adam(did not provide his last name upon request), on two separate occasions, and willfully chooses to ignore my requests of my refusal to be recorded. I receive these calls once a week. if i receive one more call from your organization ignoring my privacy request. i will file complaints with appropriate agencies to hold your organization accountable for your actions.
