Good Job overall. Old cracked concrete floor in a 50 year old house was resurfaced by Armando and his helper in one day. Very satisfied with the epoxy coating applied. And not only did they finish in a day the cost was very reasonable. Highly recomeded.

Hired them to epoxy my garage after another installer flaked. On short notice, Armando offered to do the job on his day off. He was professional and did an excellent job on my new epoxy floor. My wife and I are happy we chose to work with him. Would absolutely recommend to others.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! We hired these guys to paint the concrete walkway for our condo a couple months ago. Armando provided a 5-year warranty, in writing. We have issues with their paint job, now they will not even return our calls. It is clear they have no intention of honoring their written warranty. They were not the cheapest, but we selected them based on the warranty of their service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They may be ok for a garage but I had my living/dining/kitchen done and it looks terrible. I was promised that management would review it but never received a response despite me following up. I was told that I didn't pick the correct finish (or maybe it was explained well to me), so apparently the grind marks, paint on my lower cupboards and color/finish that has already come off after only 3 months is my fault. Complete lack of communication and follow up. I had lower quotes but picked them because they appeared to be rated well, picking them was my fault so now I try to hide my floors with carpets until I can afford to get them done correctly :(

My garage looks great. The guys did an excellent job. Francesca gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision on which covering to get. I went with epoxy coating, using brown chips and couldn't be happier.

Decorative Concrete refinishing was an area we knew very little about. Val-Arms team, Armando (owner), Francesca (customer service) & Arturo (craftsman) walked us through the process & delivered a finished floor surface that looks outstanding & right on quoted price (no surprises). We have already recommended them to friends. They proved decorative concrete beats carpet!
