I have used this service several times and am always satisfied. Very friendly, professional and on-time. They also don't try to up-sell.

This was the 3rd time I used them. 1st time was awesome, 2nd time average and this last time a disaster. I meet them at home during lunch time and explained I wanted the same thing done as prior and the 1st thing I was informed was that they charge more for rugs. After back and forth they decided to honor the prior price and job. I left and came back after work and there was no difference in the cleanliness of the carpet with only one small stain removed but they managed to add a hole in my wall. I contacted the company but the woman who answered the phone did not take the complaint seriously nor did the owner who never returned my call, email and he never returned Better Business Bureau attempt of solving my complaint. I can't stress enough of not leaving them alone in your home and always inspect their work prior to paying.

They did a very good job. We've used them twice and they did a pretty darn good job. I would grade them A for everything.

It went well. The man did a wonderful thorough job, with good results.

As with most carpet cleaners, they charge extra to clean pet stains, then they classify every stain as a pet stain and double the price for the service. Then they don't even get all the stains out. The technician's attitude is that it's not his fault he can't get the stain out, it's your pet's fault. If you have pets, don't even bother with these guys.

In a short amount of time, stains were removed. Would definitely use this service again.

Their responsiveness was an A. They came out on short notice, pretty fast; I'll give them that. We had a party coming up and I needed to have it done. The thing was, he said the kind of carpets that we had were the hardest for them to clean with their process, and so I think he did the best he could. But one of the things I wasn't clear on until the guy was already out here was that their green cleaning or whatever they do is pretty limited. These are really soiled pile carpets that are very light colored. It doesn't really quite do it as well as steam cleaning. Unfortunately, I didn't really know that until he was out here, and I really didn't have time to go hire somebody else. So I thought they should have been a little bit more up front, but their process doesn't work as well on everything. For example, they used a buffer and I've got these wrapped steps; the carpets wrap around the steps. They're pretty common. The guy says this is really hard, so he charged me double for the steps, and still the machine didn't reach underneath and some of the overhang, so it's like not perfect. It was kinda limited. I would have said okay I pass and I would have gotten another carpet cleaning company if I had time, but I didn't have time. For punctuality, they were here right on time so it's an A; they were here when they said they were gonna be here. It was professional enough once he got here and explained it all to me.

It was okay. Their work was fine. I just liked the way the carpets turned out when they completed it. It was dry, it was clean and it looks good and they would keep the good service. They corrected some issues on my stairs immediately. They arrived when they said they were going to. I didn't have to wait for them. They were very professional.

The Oxi Fresh senior carpet technician, Marcus Grimaldi, arrived ahead of schedule which was a nice perk. He explained thoroughly the different cleaning options that he would recommend after surveying the condition of our carpet. We went ahead with the one-time carpet protector and spot treatment, in addition to the regular cleaning. He then took great care in the cleaning process. We are very happy with the results! We love the fact also that when our carpets are cleaned by Oxi Fresh, the drying time is so much shorter than any other companies we have used which makes our carpet cleaning experience so much better than waiting days for the drying process to complete. Thank you!

That was fine. They did a good job. The man was here on time. Everything worked well. The cost was whatever the estimate was. It was very good. The man came in and assessed what needed to be done. He did some free spotting and cleaned it. He did it all very efficiently. They were on time and they did it efficiently. My carpets were cleaned when they left. I would recommend them.

Luis, the technician, did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. He was professional, thorough, showed up exactly when he was supposed to, and explained what would happen and his time frame at our home. I will gladly use them again.

The technician didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. When he came out he quoted me a price that was triple of what I had paid for the deal. When I asked what he was going to do for that extra money he didn't have a clear answer. I have requested a refund and will be using a different company.

Most of the carpeted areas, including closets, were totally empty, which made the job very easy. When he brought out the black light I was very surprised at areas that had pet urine. Yes, I have 2 cats and knew the areas they had caused me trouble, but some areas were very questionable. People would come over and were totally surprised when they saw cats because I was often complemented on how nice my house smelled so it wasn't one of "those" cat homes. But again, carpets hadn't been cleaned professionally so I went with the overall sterilization/deep cleaning at the double cost. They really did come out very nice and dried quickly. Would definitely use this company again.

Everything went well as their staff was very courteous and professional. The carpets smelled great after they were done. Price was a bit on the high end for only cleaning area rugs, but they do use green and eco friendly products. They were very professional, on time and very pleasant to work with so I would hire them again.

Aaron Stanford of Oxi Fresh arrived not just on time but a few minutes early on the day of cleaning which was good. He reviewed the areas to be cleaned and thoroughly explained the Oxi Fresh cleaning process. Our carpets dried, as promised, in a couple of hours and we have been very pleased with the results. We will definitely use Oxi Fresh again.

Customer service was outstanding. Lisa was responsive in returning my phone call and sent a confirmation email with appointment time. The service tech that showed to perform cleaning,Stephan, was very knowledgable and professional. Overall I am very pleased with the way my carpets turned out and will absolutely use Oxy Fresh again.

It was great except I couldnt really tell if the area rug was cleaned? I liked how the carpet wasnt so wet afterwards.

It went very well. The service provider showed up right on time and was friendly and professional. Marcus did a great job moving my furniture and cleaning the carpet thoroughly. I am happy with the results!
