They sent 2 young men to perform the work. They arrived on time and were very professional in every aspect - professionally dressed, very polite, and very patient with my elderly grandmother - I could not have been more pleased. They installed all the equipment very neatly - all wires and cables were carefully wrapped and hidden from view; they spent quite a bit of time refining the operation of the universal remote to make it as simple as possible for my grandmother. Then they trained us on how to use everything and asked again and again if we understood everything or had any questions at all. The company called the next day to follow up and to be sure that we were happy with the new equipment. Everything has worked perfectly and my grandmother is thrilled with her new system.

Steve Vickers showed up 45 minutes late. Did not call nor say apologize when he got there. This guy comes in a take a couple pictures with his camera. Then tell me that in order to get the quote, I have to come to his office so he can show me the electronics he is proposing to install. Once I come to his office, he show me his quote 5,000 to install. This includes a sony reciever for $1,000 and remote control 1,170 plus plus installation 1,200 and ceiling speakers $600 (this didn't include the subwolfer) add in labor of 1,200. The guy is off his rocker! He told me he install these system for the rich and wealthy in Newport! ---- rip off if you ask me!
