 + -1 moreTHE REPAIR MAN FIGURED OUT THAT MY CORD FROM THE SCREEN TO THE WALL WAS BENT AND IF THE SCREEN WAS TURNED, IT WOULD JIGGLE THE PLUG LOOSE FROM THE WALL AND DISCONNECT.
Description of Work: I KEPT HAVING MY COMPUTER SCREEN TURN ITSELF OFF WHILE IT WAS IN USE. IT WOULD JUST GO DEAD.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE REPUTABLE, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY HAD THE COMPUTER FOR TWELVE DAYS. THEY DID NOT SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, BUT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.
