Who says a home renovation project can't be easy? Laguna Bay Developing made our new backyard patio a pleasure to install. They came and gave us a quote which was competitive with other quotes we got. They listed for us everything they would be doing and they did it all. Their people were friendly and professional. During an unbearable heat wave, Juan and his team arrived on time and did a beautiful job. I don't think we've ever worked with a company we're more pleased with.

Total scam. Do not trust David or Gio because everything they touch turns to feces. Had to file small claims action. It is illegal for contractors to charge more than 10% down.

David and Team recently took on a challenging deck rebuild project at our home. Our home is on a hillside, and also required plans / approvals for the City. David communicated effectively and in detail throughout the process, and did a great job keeping the project on budget and schedule. The Team worked diligently through the issues we encountered, resulting in a beautiful deck that is the highlight of our property. We would recommend Laguna Bay Developing without hesitation!
