+ -1 moreVery professional, punctual, explained everything in detail including projected price. The window parts I needed were extremely difficult to locate, Phil did the research, and found a provider. He then repaired the windows, explained the working mechanism for future reference, and suggested a lubricant that would work well on these particular types of windows....something I could just buy at Home depot. Also did some electrical and fixture installation.
Description of Work: Special ordered window parts that I could not find, installed/repaired broken windows, installed light fixtures, and installed address numbers on stucco walls.
