+ -1 moreHe didn’t have a permit and cut a lot of corners. I never had a written contract with him, which probably saved me from problems. I terminated the job but had already paid him for the work that was done. Unfortunately, the work was sub-standard. I had another company come out to check and was informed the work completed was done haphazardly.
Description of Work: He started to build a fountain in my backyard.
