+ -1 moreI called twice and left messages. I never received a call back! The business's address is residence, just around the corner from my home!! I even left that information on my message, namely, that I am just around the corner -- probably less than a 1/3 of a mile! So I was particularly surprised when I received no word back from the company/individual. Very strange indeed. The F grade is purely a dispassionate, rational rating based on the fact that "no responsiveness" is an F to me. Also, I feel it is quite unprofessional. If the person was sick, out of town, busy, etc. I presume I would have heard after a month. I could be wrong but this is my evaluation for what it's worth.
Description of Work: Repair of a bent hinge on a wall oven door.
