It was an extremely negative experience. It started off fine. He started off with workers then it ended up being a one man crew which was just him. His hours were whatever he wanted them to be. He would start out at 1pm and be gone by 3pm. Sometimes he wouldn't show up for days. He demanded to be paid in full before the job was even finished. If we did not pay him, he said he did not have the money to continue, so we had no choice but to pay him in full, because otherwise he wouldn't have any money to finish up the job. At one point, he had not pay the sub-contractors, so the sub-contactors had threatened to put a leans on our property. We have even had sub-contractors come to our home because he had not paid them and threatened to take his tools. He never finished the job, he finished what he wanted to finish and left it at that. It turns out we had no cold water in the new shower we had installed and he blamed it on the fact that we had purchased the new equipment online and said you never know what you get online. He wouldn't have his plumber come out because he said he would have to charge us because he said it was our fault since we ordered the equipment. We had a new plumber come out and he fixed it with no problem and said there was nothing wrong with the equipment, that it was not properly installed, and now we have cold water in the shower. The new sink was installed incorrectly as well and had a constant leak. The new plumber had to take care of this as well. Somehow doing the course of the remodeling, the radiant heating is no longer working. We contacted Mr. Sapronetti and he has not responded at all. Now we will need to hire an electrician to repair the damage that was done by Mr. Sapronetti. I could go on and on about the problems, I just wanted to warm members about this provider.

The service was done right when we got back from vacation. I am very happy with the service they provided.
