Description of Work: We had the company change our front and back door handles including deadbolts.

+ -1 moreI made an appointment for two days after I called; this accommodated my schedule. Since I was adding a second lock, I was pleased to be asked what the original hardware looked like so they could bring the correct lock. Jack was on time, explained there would be a slight difference in the way the lock looked (no collar). This was satisfactory to me so he covered the floor and began working. The job was done and the area clean within 20 minutes. The lock worked perfectly - no sticking or stiffness and I was offered additional keys on top of the two that came with the lock. It was a professional service call and I would definitely call this company again.
Description of Work: Jack added a second dead bolt to my front door.

+ -1 moreBALDWIN LOCKS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL. THIS COMPANY HAD NO PROBLEM INSTALLING THEM. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND DIDN'T MAKE A MESS WHILE THEY WERE WORKING.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY INSTALLED BALDWIN DEAD BOLTS, AND DOOR KNOBS ON OUR FRONT DOOR, AND THE DOOR BETWEEN THE HOUSE, AND THE GARAGE.
