Description of Work: Had company come out to check and repair downspout. Had a $400.00 min which was not included in coupon! So couldn't use coupin! Wasted my time and company's time. Repesentative was VERY helpful and professional (came to my home and did inspect my gutters) Did not need anywhere near $400.00 in gutter work.

Description of Work: I used another service for my gutter repair and cleaning. The Able representative was timely and courteous with his reply and estimate details were sufficient but I found another company that did more maintenance (spike and clean all gutters) for nearly the same price and they didn't have to remove any roof tiles to do the job. I didn't employ Able, so I can't describe their work but the estimator was very professional and timely.

Description of Work: Twice we tried to schedule an estimate and possible work to have our gutters cleaned. The first appointment, Kevin never showed up and never called to cancel. I tried calling the office to see if he was delayed, but could only leave a message. the next day I called the office and they appologized and urged me to reschedule for the following week. Unfortunately I did, asking for the first appointment of the day . Again, Kevin never showed up, never called and the office didn't answer the phone. I'm done! Call another company and don't waste your time with this one.

 + -1 moreThe experience went fine. The owner came out and gave us the quote. He was fine and professional. He didn't do a hard sale. There were a couple of issues and they responded right away and came out and fixed it. The price was comparable to a company I used a few years ago.

 + 0 moreThey installed the gutters and connected them to the rain water gutters that were done years ago. They replaced the spouts and connected them to our underground drains that led out to the street. They also cleaned the old gutters and tested them by running a hose through it. It has been raining and gutters are performing beautifully. We were really satisfied with the work and hired them again and they did not disappoint us this time as well. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves and the price was really good.

 + -1 moreBesides mother nature not cooperating with the Santa Ana winds(we had to postpone a couple days for the winds to die)everything went as planned. We had a disagreement on where the one rain gutter was to be placed by the garage(Ron's location was different than installers). They did try to convince me to go with their location, but once they knew my disappointment of the location, they changed it to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: We had our 3 story tall & skinny house installed with new rain gutters. Ron came over and gave me the estimate with samples of colors and quality of the gutters.

 + -1 moreI thought they did a very good job. They were punctual and cleaned up afterwards. They didn't leave any mess. They explained things to me very well before they did the job and gave me different options. They had a downspout that was a different color than the white and it really made it seem as if the gutter disappeared from view.

 + -1 moreThe installer (Corey) was very knowledgeable and efficient, and had a "can do" approach to everything. When he encountered an unexpected problem with some damaged wood, he worked around it without making a big deal about it.
Description of Work: I used them to replace some old rain gutters, and also add a new section. They used painted aluminum gutters.
