The workers were punctual, professional and very talented. The work was completed on time and made our yard look fantastic.

I called to get an estimate on some work and they were prompt and quick to come over and they were very friendly. In fact, he had a sprinkler guy come out on Memorial Day. However, their estimates were through the roof so I didn't elect to get service from them beyond the estimate. The price was going to be $16 per sprinkler head. Just to program the sprinkler system, which takes less than five minutes to do, they were going to charge me $45. I insisted on getting my estimate in writing; they just wanted to give me one number. When I actually got the written estimate it actually exceeded the verbal estimate. Since it was a lot of money I wanted a written estimate with a breakdown of the services that would be rendered. When I saw it I said, and ldquo;Whoa.and rdquo; That was a lot of money and I didn't even know what it was going to go for. I called them right away and said, and ldquo;No thank you.and rdquo; I'm just going to do it myself because it's easy to change out sprinkler heads. I went to the store and bought sprinkler heads and they were about $3 each; they weren't that expensive. They were very responsive and they will call you back in a heartbeat. If you want to pay that kind of money, go with them. The punctuality wasn't all that great. They didn't want to commit to a time; they would commit to a day. Unless you want to hang around your house all day and ndash; and I didn't and ndash; that's not a good thing.
