Put in a call with them through first American insurance. The guy showed up but said that our reverse osmosis filter was in the way. Told him to wait 5 min and said I'd have it out. He said he was going to another job and would let me know. I told him I wanted it done today because I took the day off to wait around for them. Called the company and it's basically a "he will get there when he gets there". Not cool. Our shutoffs are leaking as we speak.

The absolute worst! We had an emergency situation was waiting for someone to call since 7am. Then Kyle called and casually said appointment is only available for Wednesday. Have no other alternatives, was extremely rude, unprofessional and careless! Told us well there are other options and never gave one! Our home warranty dispatched him, stated it was priority service call, 4 days with no water is not a priority! When asked for manager Kyle was happy to say it was him and told us congratulations! Well, Kyle the manager- you are the worst and while other small businesses are struggling your shouldn't be operating at all and your company needs to correct spelling from Triple S and add missing letters AS right before the S! Your service stands for that!

I wish I could rate zero but that is not an option. I was assigned Triple S Plumbing from my home warranty company and they replaced my water heater. I know the insurance companies do not pay contractors that much so the only way they can make money is by selling you things or telling you there is a required update to make compliant. I was charged $100 for a $25 drain pan and there was nothing wrong with the one I had that did drain to the outside. They also charged me $100 for a T & P valve that I confirmed with Fergusons where the tank was purchased in INCLUDED with the price of the water heater. There was also a charge for removal that the tech slipped by saying is paid for by the insurance company and he took it off. But the biggest one is I was charged for a permit that was required and have email confirmation from one of the Ventura County Building Inspectors that one was not pulled. So not only do they charge you for things you don't need but fraudulently break the law by charging me for a permit that was not pulled. This company is definitely not honest for follow the guidelines set by the county and state and basically breaking the law! I would not use them at any cost!

Triple S was horrible. The guy was either totally incompetent or totally dishonest. He first said that the broken water heater was not working because of dirt and dust around the opening. He vacuumed and cleaned that. Then said that the gas flow connection was broken and he needed to get another part from one of his fellow Triple S plumbers. He called that plumber and said that it would take about 15 minutes for him to arrive. After 20 minutes and with no one showing up, he put everything back and said that he cannot fix it because it is a maintenance issue. He said there was calcium build up inside the water heater and because it was not cleaned out there was nothing he could do. So, he left without fixing it. I called the home warranty company to complain about Triple S plumbing and they said they would send another company the next day and would ban Triple S plumbing from any future needs at my home. The next day J.O. Plumbing came out and immediately saw that it was a faulty ignition switch. Which they fixed and had the water heater up and running within 15 minutes.

This company is undependable, non-responsive, and they are dishonest in their dealings. My home warranty company dispatched them to us in Nov. 2016, for a kitchen faucet leak - but they never contacted us to come diagnose the issue. So, we contacted them and set up an appointment - but they were a no-show. We complained to the home warranty company, and they finally came, mid-December - but then failed to file the paperwork with the diagnosis; and were non-responsive. During this time, we started growing black mold. Our home warranty company made contact with them in February 2017, but they still did not contact us. In March 2017, I spoke with my home warranty company again - they contacted Triple S, and told me to call them to set the appointment. When I contacted Triple S, 3 minutes later, Kyle stated the the work order was completed and closed. They tried to cover their behinds, and screwed with the wrong people. I haven't had a functioning kitchen sink for over 4 months and mold developed as a result. When asked for their Federal ID, Kyle refused to provide it. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Triple S Plumbing are really good. They have come to my house a dozen times and are great with showers and toilets. His responsiveness is outstanding. Everything about them is an A otherwise, I wouldn't recommend them.

Triple S Plumbing came through our home warranty company.They didn't know about tankless water heaters. The guy told me it couldn't be made to work. He told me to take it out and put a traditional one in instead. He didn't know what he was talking about and said it was put in wrong when it wasn't. We have now been without hot water for 2 weeks. They have been coming out for the last few weeks.
Description of Work: Triple S Plumbing came out to look at our tankless water heater.

SSS was referred to us by Total Protect, which provides insurance coverage for home appliances. Our water heater had broken, and Total Protect needed an estimate for repair or replacement. Edvard from SSS came out the same day to look at the water heater, but did not give us an estimate, nor respond to Total Protect until the next day. We asked him, twice, to fax us a written estimate, which he never did. Edvard seemed like a knowledgeable and competent plumber, but never provided us with a written estimate. The water to our house was shut off for two days, while we waited for Edvard. We finally hired another company which was able to give us a written estimate on the spot and replace the water heater with a new one immediately.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate for replacement of a water heater. This estimate was required for us to file a claim on an extended service contract.
