Brian Juran and his team were detail oriented, helpful, they always took the time to explain progress and status. They treated my house as if it was their own. They always arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. They were patient, reasonable, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience and I am extremely pleased.

The work was well done. The debris and tree branches from the roof was neatly bagged and placed by the trash cans.

Brian Juran the owner replied to my email in a timely fashion and he set up an appointment to come to my home and take measurements. Brian Juran of Juran Construction is one of the most honest, hardworking home repairman anyone could ask for. He can do small to large jobs, and, since he has a General Contractor's License, he can pull permits and get the work done properly. Our family has used Brian for work on our home for nearly ten years. During that time, he has beat other estimates and done excellent work which is why we keep using him. His painting is super high-quality and lasts. One time, he replumbed our entire house's water supply, did it using high-quality materials, the way we wanted, and still came in hundreds below plumbers' estimates. Same thing for electrical -- we had a number of electrical issues, and Brian addressed them all, without a fuss, adding some ideas and suggestions along the way, and without charging us a lot. Last July, our house flooded, and we called on Brian to help us move out our belongings, deal with the insurance company and make repairs. We couldn't be happier -- thanks to Brian's quote, we were able to settle with the insurance company and get enough money to make the necessary repairs. (We contacted four other contractors, all from Angie's List, none of who was able to provide enough detail in a quote to satisfy the insurance company.) Brian is punctual, honest in his quotes, and conscientious about the work he does.
