ALL OUR BUSINESS IS FROM REFERALS and we have been very blessed to do work we love. We have routes in LA, San Fernado Vally, Ventura, Antelope Valley, and Santa Clarita. We care for each property as if it were are own.

We do not service Termites. We gladly refer all our business to Nordhagen and Daughters Termite Control

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. My service was scheduled within an hour, the wasps removed within 2 hours and my invoice sent the next day. Laura at Club Pest is a pleasure to deal with and Sebastian is professional, knowledgable and quick!

For the second time, Sebastian put us at ease by looking at a bug and telling us that it is not a bedbug. We are particularly vigilant about bedbugs, since we travel and stay in hotels quite a bit. We found a bug near our bed that looked like a bedbug, and I called Sebastian. He offered to meet me near the post office right away so I could show it to him. I did that, and fortunately, it was not a bedbug. Sebastian also was very helpful, telling me exactly the procedures that we should use when traveling to avoid bringing home bedbugs. As I said in my prior review, I hope you never have bedbugs, but if you do, Sebastian at Club Pest Control is the person I would highly recommend to help you get through it and eradicate them.

I hope you never have to deal with bedbugs, but if you do, I would not hesitate to seek help from Club.
Description of Work: tWhile traveling in China, we became concerned that we might have picked up bedbugs. We were worried that when we returned to Los Angeles we would bring a bedbug infestation into our house (via our suitcases, clothes, and other belongings). We needed to determine whether the bug we found in one of our suitcases was, indeed, a bedbug. After looking online at pictures of bedbugs, we thought it was possibly a bedbug but weren't sure. We also saw online that Club Pest Control specializes in dealing with bedbugs and even has dogs who are trained to sniff them out. So I emailed a picture of our bug to Club Pest Control. I received a very helpful response, telling me that it was not a bedbug (but rather a certain type of beetle), and telling me in detail the precautions to take if we encountered bedbugs in the future. Club Pest Control was competent, responsive, timely, and very helpful. I hope you never have to deal with bedbugs, but if you do, I would not hesitate to seek help from Club.

I JUST LOVE THEM. ANYTIME I HAVE A BUG IN MY HOUSE THEY WILL COME OUT AND DO ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES. THE ONCE A MONTH SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.
