She inspected each home (3 hours each) and provided a detailed repot with pictures.
Description of Work: Did two home inspections for single family homes. Annette was very professional and on top of her games!!!!

Annette Mathews showed up and everyone was surprised to see a female building inspector! Well, she couldn't have been better, She checked, inspected, turned on, turned off, pushed, pulled, flipped and opened just about everything in the house! This lady has energy to boot and is so charming, you'd never guess she's evaluating your home! But she was thorough and detailed and we were so pleased with her report---not only because it was a good one, but because she was so fair and reasonable in her evaluation. She came highly recommended by the buyers' agent and we are so glad we employed her services. If we ever have another house to buy or sell, we're calling her!
