Called promptly back within 30min. Was available to perform the service when I needed it and was very professional and courteous. Offered advive and suggestions. Will defenitively use Aquaduck going forward for any pool repairs.

Courteous and dependable pool service can be difficult to find, but Aquaduck was exceptional. My pool man was pushing me to buy a new heater for over $2,000 but I called Aquaduck for a second opinion and they were able to simply service my existing heater for a very reasonable fee. I would recommend Aquaduck to anyone who needed pool service.

My new pool heater works great now but after 2 days it quit. After 2 weeks it was repaired at no charge by Scott. I think sometimes that things like this just happen ....not Scotts fault but still not good. So Scott fixed it all is good and I would hire aqua duck to do any other pool work I need in the future.

We hired Aquaduck Pool and Spa Service about a month ago and we are very pleased with the pool maintenance service. Scott is hands on and that is definitely a plus. The employee actually doing the pool service work is very courteous and knowledgable. My husband and I highly recommend this company.
