Better Buy Pools Supply

So impressed by the initiative and follow up regarding my initial web-search. I hadn't necessarily intended on using the service, but after two separate follow-up calls based on my initial HomeAdvisor inquiry and then pricing service from the local retail pool chain, I called back. Had an appointment the next day! Serviceman (Alberto) arrived exceptionally clean and well-groomed. Found the problem (primarily operator error...oops) and then rewired a circuit to prevent future problems. He was open and frank about future equipment replacement needs (not upselling work that didn't need to be done) and at a reasonable cost - the set inspection/travel fee quoted on the phone. Even reprogrammed the pool pump to make use of lower electrical off-peak rates. I've added him to my phone contacts and will be using him for all my on-site equipment service going forward. No more retail pool store overcharges!

They gave a reasonable estimate, did not increased prize after seeing bigger problem then anticipated. Were on time, cleaned up after . Tom very knowledgeable and friendly. We did not fill up the pool yet but I am confident that the crack is closed. All around a pleasant experience

i would recommend Aquaduck to my closest friends. They responded quickly and efficiently to every request we had and did the work from first contact to completion in 5 days. This was a complicated job that involved the installation of a complete system including filter, salt system, heater, new gas lines, trenching, concrete work. Everything is working perfectly.

He was the only contractor that offered to come out and check the repairs without looking for a service charge. By doing so, he was the best price. He did the job extremely fast and did it perfect. I would recommend him to anyone.

Aquaducks made an assessment and estimate for the repairs to my pool filter and heating system. The solution that was suggested was the proper course and was in my opinion a good value for our expenditure. WE now have an updated filter and heating system for our backyard pool that will provide us with quiet and efficient use of energy. Thank you, Aquaducks.

The heater replacement did not come out as planned due to the installiation requirements of the new heater, but it works fine. Had to redo some of the plumbing due to a plumbing joint failure and another leak. Contractor's response was quick and problems solved. Very happy with the finished product.

They have done a great job so far and I hope they continue to do the same.
