+ -1 moreCharged us $100 to come out for what we were originally quoted as a free inspection. We were also looking for pool service at the time, but he told us on arrival that we were actually out of his service area and would have to pay $100 for the inspection. We have now discovered that the solar heater he said worked doesn't (which is what we mainly wanted inspected). Needless to say...stay away from this guy.
Description of Work: Pool inspection for new home purchase - needed the solar heater specifically inspected to see if it worked.

+ -1 moreThey kept saying they’d be here “the next day” or “later that day” but never showed up. They never called us; we always had to call them. We called to see why they weren’t here today, Monday, when they said they would be. They said they didn’t know when they’d get here so we told them never mind. We’ll go with someone else.
