When I called Rich Daugherty at System Pavers a few weeks ago with a very unusual issue, he sent Harley Waycasy over immediately. Harley assisted in saving my artificial grass from being damaged by a possible action of DWP. Everything has been worked out over time. Harley kept checking in to see what was happening. He returned when appropriate and reinstalled my artificial grass. It looks beautiful. I would have been lost without these two individuals. Much thanks to System Pavers, Rich and Harley. Great job!

A year and a half ago, we hired System Pavers to redo our driveway: changing it from stamped concrete to pavers. At the time, we knew we wanted to do the same thing to our back patio, but we figured it would be smart to try them out on a somewhat smaller project first, and then tackle the much larger and more complicated back yard once we knew we were satisfied. (Back yard is ~2,000 sq ft.) Needless to say, we were delighted with the work they did in 2019, and therefore asked to have the same project manager (Jimmy Jackson) again this year. That said, Jimmy had a long weekend planned out of town during our project, but things continued without a hitch, with Rich Daugherty stepping in to cover in Jimmy's absence -- absolutely seamless service! The project started ~2 weeks ago, and was completed in only 10 working days, including one Saturday (at our request -- so as to get the noisy jack hammering all done in as few business days as possible). Note that my husband had delayed moving forward on this project because he guessed it would take them a minimum of 4 weeks to complete it, with at least 2 weeks of jack hammering the old concrete. Wrong! It was more like 3 days of demo, followed by 7 days of construction -- and the demo all had to be done by hand: there was no way for a bobcat to access our back yard, so the guys used jack hammers and wheelbarrows to remove all that concrete. They are are FAST! They are also artisans: our house is of modern design, so the pool and back patio have lots of corners, which were mitred beautifully. They also added drainage to the patio, thereby solving a prior problem. The detail work was simply awesome! Any question we raised, they addressed, and we saw Jimmy or Rich here daily, ensuring that everything was picture perfect. Believe me, if/when we have any other hardscape that needs attention, we will call them again!

Barely a month ago we first contacted System Pavers to consider having them replace our driveway. Today, I signed off on completion of the project, which was extremely smooth from start to finish. When James Jordan, our design consultant first met with us via video conference, he already had Google images of our property, and was therefore well prepared to discuss what we wanted to do. Based on that meeting, he prepared a first draft plan for what we wanted, which he brought to our home only about 3 days later, along with material samples. At the end of that marathon meeting, we had a game plan for a 2- or 3-phase project: first replacing our driveway and then -- if we were satisfied with phase 1, moving on to the back patio and yard. Two weeks later, construction started, with Jimmy Jackson as our Project Manager and Temo as his crew chief, and now -- less than a week later, everything is completed and beautiful. During the course of construction, we encountered a couple of minor glitches -- nothing major -- and each time, Jimmy's attitude (and that of everyone working with him) was, "no problem -- we can fix that." Meanwhile, our neighbors have been working (with a different company!) on a similar project for the past 4+ months. Needless to say, they are in awe of how quickly our transformation was completed!

Systems Pavers recently completed an extensive job on my property. Jay, my salesman/designer was extremely knowledgeable and so patiently accommodated all my numerous plan changes. He offered excellent design advice. Jose started as my construction manager and Jimmy took over seamlessly. Both were there checking on the progress. The crew was excellent too. Everything was done professionally and on-time. I am thrilled with the results.

System Pavers did an outstanding job with our new driveway. The new driveway has improved the look of our front yard and quality of the work should make it last for many years to come. When we made an appointment to talk to a salesman, Jeffrey was on time and very knowledgeable. We knew pretty much what we wanted and he made some suggestions that really put a finishing touch on the project. The project manager, Jim, kept the crew on schedule and helped us with the details to make it all work. Jim went the extra mile to make us happy. We highly recommend System Pavers and plan to use their services again for a future project.

What a wonderful experience. I met with James Jordan who was really knowledgeable about what would work. I looked at their great showroom and he brought books and samples to our house. My husband is a general contractor and asked numerous questions. He was really impressed. James helped us design a new driveway, porch, walkway and backyard. The great crew arrived with Jimmy Jackson. Jimmy was fabulous to work with. He kept everything on time. They worked all day Thursday and Friday. Then it started to rain. It was sunny so they worked tirelessly and really knew what they were doing. They are obviously the best of the best. My husband personally watched everything they did. On Wednesday heavy rains were predicted. Jimmy came with a crew of 10 men and finished the job by 3pm before the rains came. I would use them in a second again. It looks terrific. Our neighbors stop and admire and ask where we had it done. System Pavers, you did an awesome job!

It went really well, from beginning to end, we were really happy. Kevin was awesome, very professional and helpful. Jimmy, our project lead was always available with any questions and was on top of our job. Everyone did a great job and we love how the patio turned out. We would definitely recommend Kevin and Jimmy. We will def. be repeat customers and refer to other people.

System Pavers was professional from beginning to end of project work. Will and Ramon were timely with all work and ensured that I was satisfied with all aspects of the project. The patio looks great! We are now looking for furniture and landscaping to enhance it even more.

First, our meeting with Jay to create the plan and pick our pavers went easily and smoothly. We were on the same page from the beginning. Our Project Manager, Ramone, did an excellent job keeping the work on track and making sure all work was being completed to System Pavers standard. The crew that came in and did all the demo, prepping for the pavers, and the installation of the pavers were outstanding. They worked in unbearable heat for very long days and they even came on Saturdays to get the job done. They were extremely neat and precise. We pumped the crew up with gatorade, water, sodas, cookies, brownies, watermelon, anything to keep them cooler and energized! They were all very nice and easy to work with. I would not consider any other company for the project. I believe System Pavers are the best in the field at what they do. I really appreciate the attention to detail in cutting the stones into the tiniest of shapes to fit in and around the posts to our backyard patio cover. I can't say enough good things, but I will leave this last comment. In the 24 years we have lived in our house, I now enjoy beautiful spaces outside my house for the first time. .

Our "Birdhouse" home was built in 1959 by real estate developer William Mellenthin who was known for designing charming ranch-style homes with gorgeous, wood beam, cathedral ceilings, large custom-made wood windows & interior doors, custom-made knotty-pine kitchen cabinets, & a large charming birdhouse perched on top of the roof! We purchased our home in 1991 from the original owner who did almost nothing to ruin the original integrity of the house--except for leaving behind an old 340 sq. ft. asphalt driveway which became cracked & eroded over the years. My husband & I began searching for a reputable company to replace our 50-year old, driveway with concrete or pavers--not an easy task! After several discouraging visits from companies that gave us very little useful information (but the same, VERY big estimates to replace it with asphalt, concrete OR pavers!), we met with met with Vinnie Cacciotti of System Pavers. From the moment we met Vinnie, we had a very good feeling about his integrity, communication skills, & artistic ability to guide us through the process. His knowledge of the product, & expertise in answering our detailed questions, caused us to ask him about the viability & cost of including the walkways & front porch in the project. Though the field supervisor, Jimmy Jackson, checked in with us briefly before the project began, he wasn't scheduled to visit us again until the day after project was over; unfortunately, due to some miscommunication with the crew, they were 1/2 day late in starting the project. However, the lead crewman, Daniel, was Johnny-on-the-Spot after arriving & did superior work for the next 4 days in everything from removing the old driveway to demolishing the front porch. What we appreciated the most was Daniel & his crew's attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied; they provided excellent work with attention to detail & good customer service. System Pavers is very lucky to have both Vinnie & Daniel on their team!

Excellent. No pressure from the sales person (Vinnie) but he did provide good facts about the company and the work provided. He took detailed measurements, and was easy to work with. The installers were great. they arrived on time, and actually worked until after dark on more than one occasion. They were professional, and they took care to make sure it was a turnkey job. I especially appreciate Luis and the clean up he did at the end of the job. We expanded our patio by 6' with stone pavers, and paved a previously unusable part of our yard. All in all, we more than doubled the usability of our patio area. We are totally satisfied, and would highly recommend System Pavers.

We put down a deposit of $1000 and a couple weeks later, decided we didn't want to go forward. We didn't get any money back but didn't really expect to.

After reviewing their ratings, we requested a bid from System Pavers. Other reviewers have noted their are a bit more expensive. Our experience was consistent. Their quote was about twice the competition. Moreover, we didn't feel that they were providing a superior product for the money. The salesperson arrived punctually and was knowledgable and professional. The quoted price for the project was $25,000, which was significantly more than the $10,000 - $15,000 we had anticipated based on other work we had done previously from other contractors. They did note that they were running a special and could lower the price to $20,000. We met with two other companies, both of which provided lower bids, and we ultimately selected Pacific Pavingstone (Outdoor Living). Not only did they bid the project at $11,000, but we felt that we were getting a better product from them. Whereas System Pavers devoted much of its pitch to a professional Power Point slide show discussing other projects, System Pavers spent their time evaluating our project and the necessary engineering--type of soil, drainage issues, etc. System Pavers also outsources their work to contractors, whereas Pacific Pavingstone does their own work. System Pavers could not fit us into their schedule for at least a month. Pacific Pavingstone, however, could start in a week. So overall, we felt that Pacific Pavingstone would provide a better product and service at a fraction of the cost. (See our review of System Pavers for details about how the project went.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that anyone talk to System Pavers. They were certainly knowledgeable, professional, and punctual and I believe they would have done a great job. But if the cost of the project matters to you, I would recommend that you ask questions, know what is important for your project, and get other bids to make sure that you are completely comfortable with the value proposition.

Just called for quote- had to reschedule appt. They called me multiple times daily until I asked to be removed from their list. Very high pressure sales approach which makes me weary when a company is this high pressure. So decided not to use them as just too high pressure sales.

Their work people were wonderful. They were very efficient, friendly, and worked hard; that really stood out to us. They were great. They were just really easy to have around your property and they were here a couple of weeks. So, that was really nice that they were and they liked our dog. The patio we got from them is working out perfectly. We love it. We are really happy with it. They were late. We would use them again in the future.

Everything was great. they came when they said they would, got done ahead of time, cleaned up everything. all of their people from sales to project overview and the workers themselves were nice, friendly and accommodating. Neighbors stop by to tell me how great it all looks.

Beware! Beware! Beware! If you are thinking about using this company and you are paying CASH they will still run your credit even if you don't give them your SSN. This can jeopardize your credit score as an inquiry and this can come into play if you are in escrow and want to line up your work prior to closing escrow. Lenders typically run your credit at the last minute and this could cost you the loan. The worst part is I had a clear conversation DO NOT run my credit, I am paying cash. The rep agreed and even claims he told his boss. I will seek to remove the inquiry but that takes time.

They did a beautiful job! Design was beautiful and did everything they said they were going to do! They worked very well with us.

Crew was punctual, polite and professional.

I had a couple of quotes from a couple of people and they were the most expensive however, there were no surprises. They quoted me a price and that was it. They had a crew out here and they did it within a week or 4 and half days. I decided to go with them because of the quality of their turf. I knew that the quality of their work was very good because I’ve had them do a small amount of paver work for me before. The price was good because there were no surprises later on. They were prompt and came when they said they would. They completed the job in the amount of time they said they would. In fact, a little less than they said they would. They cleaned up and took stuff away. It was a very good service. Several times, we did a couple of small design changes and whatnot throughout the job.
