Description of Work: Great job by technician. Made call to service the heater (hearing weird noises when it turned on). Found problem with heater unit. Went to get the part and installed it in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: I had my old HVAC unit replaced with a larger more efficient one. Southland is an excellent company to do business with. The crew arrived on time, they were neat, clean, polite and very respectful of me and my property, drop clothes were laid out from the front door to the attic access, care was taken when they worked upon my new roof, and when the job was completed (on time), they cleaned up everything and removed all debris. I am going to use them again next year to replace the unit at my daughters townhouse. As a Plant Engineer/Maintenance Manager for over 26 years, I would recommend Southland Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone with the up most confidence.

Description of Work: Removed old air conditioner and coil and installed new ones plus thermostat. The men were respective of the vegetation in the condominium complex when removing and replacing units. They were on time, cleaned up, and well satisfied with all parts of the transaction and installation.
