PACIFIC SALES

They delivered the refrigerator, but forgot the handles. Also, the refrigerator delivered was not the one we ordered. When the crew was told this, they packed up and left the partially assembled refrigerator with us, and said we;'d be contacted by customer service in a few minutes. We weren't contacted, so we called in and found out that the salesperson entered the wrong refrigerator on the order. We got a call from them later saying that that model refrigerator was no longer being made (even though they had it on display, and the manufacturers website shows it). We have not heard a word since. I called Pacific Sales customer service, but apparently they are closed until Tuesday. So now we are stuck with a partially installed refrigerator, with no solution to our problem.

It went extremely well. Microwave oven had a 'dent' in the front door. Pacific Sales ordered a new door and had it installed within 2 weeks. I did have a problem with the instant hot water heater and they provided different ones and makes in order to solve the problem. They always made me feel like I was their best customer.

Overall, it went well. They didn't deliver the order all at one time and I had to wait about a week or so to get the second part of the delivery, otherwise they were very good!

Since we had searched and priced them we got the appliances for the lowest bid we had found. They didn't have to put them in because our contractor was supposed to do it.
