Description of Work: Bottom line. They do not listen to the customer and are not service oriented. They did not show up to the scheduled appointment even after confirming a time the same day. They are very difficult to deal with and unprofessional. Even if they were good at cleaning, they have not figured out how to provide a decent experience for the customer. I will never call this company again. Finally they charge $50-100 more than the competition.

Description of Work: They did an amazing job getting my huge stainless BBQ back to it's original beauty and fixed and made repairs so that it worked as great as it looked. They were absolute in their bid to clean and upfront on any additional costs for repairs and parts. Although not cheap, it was worth every penny, especially when you think about the cost of replacing one of these bad boys.
