I was never contacted by them!

Darren was on time for the estimate appointment. He took all the measurements, showed me samples and said it will take him a few days to get back to me with the estimate. After a week I called him, he said it is taking longer for the estimate. 2 weeks later I called again, and he said it will take more time. So far it has been a month and I still didn’t hear from him. No estimate yet.

A storm blew down a large section of my backyard fence, the fence posts had rotted. I called 6 fence companies and got quotes for vinyl fence to replace the whole thing. D-Fence had the best bid and Darren sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I made a small down payment and the work got done. The fence was built in less than 6 hours and the old fence was hauled away, then I paid the balance of the bill after inspecting the work. I am very pleased with Darren and his company and would recommend them without hesitation.

The gate is beautiful. We are very happy with the result. Darren was very professional. Provided a detailed quote. Answered my emails and returned my calls. He was very responsive to any concerns that came up.

Darren definitely deserved A+. The product is great. I am getting many compliments. The installation was bumpy due to many reasons (outside of the company control), but Darren worked out every single issue to complete satisfaction. He has many useful ideas. He took time to drive and discuss all questions and concerns. And he did what he said he was going to do. His response is quick. He incorporates multiple perspectives to come up with the best decision. Since I have been renovated two houses in my life, I have an experience of dealing with the contractors. Darren is definitely on the top of my list.

I contacted D-Fence after being referred by another fence builder. They were prompt coming to my house and taking measurements. The drawings of the work to be done arrived the same day! The installation took a bit of time as these guys are very careful and clearly care a lot about the results. There was no room for improvement here. Great job.
