We have 2 AC units that have unusual filter sizes- a fact I didn't know or tell the in advance--they tracked down the right filter and had a second service man bring it out so work could be completed as scheduled- very impressed.

It has been a good experience. They took the time to fill out the paperwork for our power company, so that we could get a rebate for having the maintenance done on our system, without being asked. They come out on time and we have had them do the service about three time now and it has been a good experience.

They arrived on time and took 2 days to finish the job. They cleaned up everything and overall we were very pleased.

We didn't hire this company after comparing about five bids and went with the company that was out of your Angie's List.

It took them 2 days to finish the installation of the ductwork and that was how long they told us it would take. The guy that came out to give us an estimate was very good and let us know what we could get by with doing right now. He also told us what would need to be done in the future. We really liked him.

Called Friday, at 5:30 pm. Donna found an appointment for next day at 11:00 am. What a savior. Hot day. AC not working. People coming over!! Ramiro arrived on time. Determined the problem. Gave a reasonable estimate. Added freon (for a cost). Good service.

They came over and quoted us for a new heater. The salesman was very knowledgeable and suggested a few things that we hadn't thought of. However, we ended up going with Rose Heating & Air Conditioning because the price was significantly less for basically the same work.

He was on time, and very neat. He put socks over shoes so would not bring dirt in the house. He was very polite and nice, price seemed fair.

Very professional and thorough. Checked out furnace, air conditioner and thermostat. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Used shoe covers when working inside. Great service.

Left message for service call. Company never returned the call. (No charge above but program would not accept zeros.) Follow-up call was made 5/12/06 by Wayne Beck, company president, to determine how/why our request for service was not answered. He spent time attempting to find the problem and also offered a discount on future service to compensate our inconvenience. We greatly appreciate his offer and the time he took to explore this problem. We will try his company again in the future because of his concern and phone call to us.

Friendly, clean repairman. Arrived early within the time frame I was quoted. Received the part they had ordered when they predicted they would.

WAYNE BECK AND HELPERS INSTALLED THE UNIT IN MY ATTIC AND OUTSIDE MOTOR. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. HAD A GLITCH IN THAT SOME WIRES CAUGHT A SPARK AND THEY NOTICED IT AND REPAIRED IT IMMEDIATELY - OTHERWISE MY HOUSE COULD HAVE BURNED DOWN.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME. HE HAD GREAT MANNERS AND DID HIS JOB IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. ALSO ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER ISSUES WITH THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM BESIDES JUST THE ROUTINE CHECK UP.

THESE GUYS WERE WONDERFUL. THEY INVADED MY HOUSE FOR 2.5 DAYS AND I MISSED THEM WHEN THEY LEFT. AT THE END OF EACH DAY THEY CLEANED UP AND I COULD HARDLY TELL THEY WERE THERE. VERY, VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DO ALL MY SERVICING NOW. THEY WERE NOT OUR LOWEST BID, BUT THEY WERE WORTH IT!

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. I REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY WHO SAYS THEY NEED HEATING AND A/C. THEY WERE SO CLEAN, YOU NEVER EVEN KNEW THAT THEY HAD BEEN IN MY HOUSE. THEY COMPLETELY TOOK APART THE OLD SYSTEM AND PUT IN A NEW ONE. WHENEVER I HAD A PROBLEM THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK IT OUT. THEY NEVER GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT CHARGING ME FOR IT.
