When the technician came out and I told him that me and my friend replaced the capacitor. The technician discovered that two wires needed to be switched. When he put the wires in their correct place, it started to blow cold air. I warned the technician that it may take some time to determine if it is working properly. I told him that when we first put in the capacitor, the fan was spinning and it pumped cold air for a short time then it went back to blowing warm air. He did not stay very long and charged me the service fee. As a result, my AC went back to blowing warm air. I contacted the company again and told them they needed to come back out to find out why it was not blowing cold air. They said they would send another technician out that same day or the next day. Nobody showed up or called. I called them again and they said that they would have to charge me another service fee if they sent another technician. I told them that I did not feel that this was fair and spoke with the supervisor. I told him that all the technician did was switch the wires that's it. I also told him that his technician did not give me a diagnostic test which was supposed to be included in the service fee over the phone. The supervisor stated that it would not be worth their money and time to send another technician since he felt that I needed an entire new unit without looking at it at depth (with out a diagnostic test). The supervisor decided to refund me my service fee. I felt this was fair since there was no diagnostic test or anything else done. It would have been nice if this company had put a little more time and effort into determining what the problem was instead of leaving me hanging.

I liked them. We had a good experience with them. They were back a couple of months ago to do the semi annual checkup.

With the current heat wave I really did not expect same-day service for my A/C which wasn't blowing cold air. After they scheduled me for Friday (I called on Wednesday), they did tell me that if they had any cancellations they would call me to come sooner. They DID call me back Wednesday and were able to come and repair my A/C the same day! Since I wasn't the one at home, they called me each step with the problem, estimate and then to collect payment. I'm very grateful for the same-day professional service and will definitely be calling them again.

The tech, Kyle, called and advised when he would be on site. Showed up on time. Inspected the air conditioning unit. The problem I had was that the a/c would come on but only blow warm air/ambient temp air. It would not cool down. Kyle could not get the problem to repeat while he was there, but he cleaned the unit and inspected the system. He made a few adjustments and made some recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy with his service and will use Aladdin again if needed.

Curtis gave me a call 45 minutes before arrival so I knew he was on his way and I could be ready when he arrived. Before he entered my home he put on foot coverings which was a very nice touch (no techs to date from other companies have done this). He was very friendly and professional and worked quickly to look at my A/C unit and tune it up. When he was done, he went over what he did and the results. I'm very pleased with the service he provided.

The visit went very well. I saw Matt arrive and went outside to great him. I have 3 dogs and wanted to let him know before he entered the house. He had no problem and as soon as he came in he got to know each of the their names while they sniffed him and gave their approval. He explained what work would be done and gave an approximate time frame. I already had purchased the replacement filter for the HVAC and he had no issue with using the one I had purchased through Amazon. After completing the work he clearly explained what was done. He did discuss an option, but he made it VERY clear that it was option. He explained the benefits of the installing the hard start kit to improve efficiency and thus reduce the amount of electricity being used. I really appreciate the no-pressure approach and explanation of what the option would provide. He explained the pricing options. I agreed to have it installed and he got it approved to apply the angie's list coupon to the overall price. I was very comfortable with having Matt in my home. He was efficient, explained the work being performed, answered my questions, and all three of my dogs approved of him. Overall, I plan to use Aladdin for future maintenance and repairs.

Our old air conditioner was from 1999 so we invested in a top of the line system. Brandon helped me from start to finish. He was extremely professional, very efficient, pleasant, and patient with all the questions I asked before and after the install. I believe Aladdin is one of the most professional companies I've had the pleasure to work with. Brandon explained every detail of the install as well as how they were going to deal with the asbestos. Brandon kept me abreast of the work always answering my calls or emails immediately. The work was done on time as stated in the proposal. I received proposals for less money but they did not offer a Carrier system and I didn't get the feeling they cared if I used them or not. Brandon did not hound me but let me know they were interested in doing the job. I also signed up for their biannual service to extend my warranty. I am very impressed with this company!

Kyle the service technician was great! He arrived a few minutes before the appointment and promptly got to work inspecting the system and performing the necessary maintenance. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he had inspected and serviced as well as what the normal parameters should be and things that we will need to keep in mind for the future. After performing the service on the furnace, he inspected, cleaned and serviced the AC compressor unit and reviewed that with me as well. I was very satisfied with my experience, and as a result have schedule another appointment to have a comfort specialist provide a free estimate to upgrade the ductwork in my attic.

I used Aladdin Air I think it was. They came out a couple of months ago. We had them come out after we tried to have someone else out to fix it but they couldn't come until the next day and it was like 90 degrees out that day. With this company we signed a business contract with them for like a year of service.

We signed up for a yearly contract with them. They were here in August. We really like them.

We got 4 quote options from Aladdin for different configurations and selected one. They were on time on the day we scheduled and performed the work efficiently. They took efforts to keep dirt out of the house. The installation took longer than they expected due to some unexpected problems with the existing furnace room but they straightened out the issues and it is better now than before.

I have seen a lot of companies do an annual service of the heating system. Aladdin was very thorough checking the incoming gas pressure with a meter and not just looking at the color of the flame to adjust the pressure. The service tech used a LCD scope camera system to inspect the heat exchanger for cracks and leaks. He used a multimeter to check the capacitors were in spec and dusted the interior wiring cabinet with a brush. I am very impressed. UPDATE 12/5/2015 Both furnaces in the house needed repair. One furnace repair went smoothly and quickly, the other furnace was a problem child. Aladdin came out several times to diagnose the problem and propose several possible solutions. Eventually they sent their best service tech and the Manager Souren to diagnosis and fix the problem. It required two days of work and the manager came three times make sure the problem was resolved and I was satisfied. The price was very fair for the amount of work done. Incredible service from a company that cares about their customers!

Matt Ross was excellent. Very knowledgeable with a great personality. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Would highly recommend him in the future.

I highly recommend Aladdin heating and air-conditioning. My air conditioner went out during a really hot summer. Their service was fast, prices are good, and my technician Luis was great.

Jesse was very professional -- arrived on time and explained all issues with the unit in detail. I signed up for their membership service in order to have the units maintained regularly. Would definitely recommended!

Our service tech, Curtis Minor, was courteous and professional and smart. The company called 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at 10 am, the opening of the 10-1 window they had given us the previous evening. He shook hands and immediately put covers over his shoes in our home. He explained exactly what he was doing to assess the problem and then explained the range of what he could find. Then he explained his findings and gave us the options. He priced them, offered us membership but didn't push it, and then gave us a much lower price when it turned out that one option he had hoped to explore wasn't working because of the size of the unit. He did not try to sell us something more effective and honored a $20 coupon from their website. He then talked with us and just seemed like a nice person. He also told us what to do if the repairs did not work when the temperature became more challenging.

We found Aladdin on Angie's List and are thoroughly pleased with their work. It carried us through the summer beautifully and we saw a 50% reduction in our summer electric bill (our old system was 35 years old!!). It was a big job, but they left the site clean every night. I have and will recommend them to any of our friends who need a/c and heating work!

Our AC fan motor started making funny squeaking noises. So I called Aladdin because they seem to have a bunch of good reviews on Angieslist. Called their number at 10:30 AM and receptionist answer and was very professional on the phone. They took my information down and said that they could have someone come by in the afternoon. Considering we were in a heat wave I was surprised that I was able to get someone here so quickly. Luis was the technician who came to our house and he was very professional. He looked and the motor and found the problem in a matter of minutes. I was relived that a new motor was not necessary. He put everything back together and stuck around to verify that everything was still working. I would definitely use Aladdin again because of their professional personnel like Luis.

Luis the technician called prior to arriving, which was at the early part of the estimated arrival time. He tested the 10 year old AC unit and determined the starter was the problem and replaced it. The system is working again. Luis was professional and quick.

Just had Matt with Aladdin come out for an A/C tuneup I bought on Angie's List. Very professional and on-time within the window that was setup by the office. Very nice and courteous technician... he made sure to use a drop cloth and show covers to protect floors and furniture. Found out we needed a new capacitor for the condenser to keep it humming which I approved. Work was quick and efficient. Great job, Matt! Thank you, buddy!
